Balcony view is not as advertised

Positives: - The apartment looks new and modern and is very clean. - The beds, including the sofa bed, are comfortable. - It is close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport stations (Tram and Metro). Negatives: - The balcony of the apartment we got faces the inside of the building, which is different from what is advertised on the website (overseeing the centre). Very disappointing. - The bathroom with the toilet frequently had an unpleasant sewage smell. - The water flow in the shower was weak. - There was no place for toiletries in the bathroom. - There is no reception; you have to call if you need anything. - You cannot store luggage if you arrive early or after check-out. - There are very limited kitchen utensils, glasses, cups, and dishes.

The hotel has a check in policy that is unconventional and Hotels.com did not provide effective communication alerting us to the fact that one needs to check-in at least 24 hours in advance of our stay. Even when we attempted to contact the property over phone, we found the phone number to be inactive.

This property is at the centre of the city and 10-20 mins walk from most popular locations in the city. The area is busy all night but the room was quiet. The access code is very important as there are multiple doors where you will need the code. The pre-entry form is little long but it’s for our own safety.
