Located in Prat de Comte, in the heart of the Terra Alta region, this spacious country house is perfect for families and groups of up to 12 guests. Surrounded by nature, it's the ideal base for exploring the Terra Alta Greenway, local wineries, and some of southern Catalonia's most spectacular hiking trails and landscapes.

The property offers generous living spaces, including two separate living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, providing plenty of space and comfort for larger groups.

The swimming pool shown in the photos is the municipal swimming pool, located just a 5-minute walk from the property. Nearby, you'll also find the municipal sports centre, which includes a football pitch and basketball courts.

- Parties, events, and stag or hen parties are not allowed.
- Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

ℹ️ Additional Information
Charcoal and firewood for the barbecue are available upon request for an additional fee. If you'd like to use the barbecue during your stay, please let us know before your arrival so we can have everything ready for you.

💳 Tourist Tax & Security Deposit
Before your arrival, you'll be asked to pay the tourist tax (€2.15 per person, per night, applicable to guests aged 17 and over for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights) and a refundable €150 security deposit.

Both payments are made through a secure online payment link. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected.
