Waren nur auf der Durchreise. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung! Leider keine Pomes für die Kinder zum Abendessen wenn es nicht geplant ist. Sonnst absolut zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Ich habe mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen wie auch das Frühstück waren super. Das Personal ist sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr schön. Zu bemängeln gab es nur weniges: - Es gab kurzfristig keinen Termin für eine Massage oder Maniküre. - Der Wellnessbereich hat nur am Nachmittag geöffnet und das Dampfbad war ausser Betrieb. - Es gab keine Wattestäbchen im Badezimmer. - Es gab keine Badelatschen zum Bademantel.

Vielen Dank! Schön, dass Sie Ihre zwei Tage bei uns genossen haben. Da wir in der Faschingswoche ausgebucht sind, ist auch die Beautyfarm entsprechend ausgelastet. Zu anderen Zeiten gibt es auch kurzfristig noch Termine ;) Schade, dass niemand im Wellnessbereich kurz zum roten Telefonhörer gegriffen hat und uns über die Nichtfunktion des Dampfbades informiert hat. Wir hätten den Fehler sofort beheben können. So kam die Information erst am Morgen danach.Unserer Umwelt zuliebe verzichten wir auf Einwegprodukte so gut es eben geht. Daher stellen wir 300ml Flaschen von Shampoo und Duschgel in den Zimmern und in allen öffentlichen Duschen zur Verfügung und lassen alles Unnötige weg. Badeslipper sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. In den Infos von A-Z weisen wir darauf hin, sollte jemand seine Badeslipper, die Zahnbürste oder ähnliches vergessen haben. Sprechen Sie uns doch beim nächsten Mal einfach darauf an ;)
