- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)

The house is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding or cani-rando, hot-air ballooning, numerous events and activities.
- In summer: hiking, mountain biking, paragliding or hot-air ballooning, accrobranche, swimming or outdoor leisure activities, Praz Lac Aventures, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (two spaces) and the house's private car park (4 spaces).
