    Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Sylvie.La maison est idéalement située. Aussi bien proche de la plage, des commerces et du fameux GR8 tout en étant au calme. Préfailles est très agréable et vivant sans avoir les désagréments.L'immense jardin arboré permet de toujours trouvé un coin d'ombre et si le temps est maussade il y a la véranda bien accueillante qui, de part sa nature, donne cette impression de "dehors/dedans". La maison est bien fonctionnelle, les équipements sont top.

    Location moderne et confortable

    Logement très bien situé proche des commerces, de la plage et de vélocéan à 10mn à pied. Maison récente très bien équipée et entretenue. Chambre parentale avec nombreux rangements et salle d'eau bien équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Pièce à vivre spacieuse où rien ne manque, autant pour cuisiner que se divertir (tv). Gande véranda. Escalier très pentu pour accéder à l'étage très bas de plafond à réserver à des enfants. Les+: machine à laver, bbq, gand terrain (barrière un peu basse pour notre chien). Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas accessible.

    Problème mensonger dans l'annonce

    Bonjour, la maison était très bien, très propre, l'accueil très sympathique, mais l'annonce mentionnait une piscine, et c'est d'ailleurs la raison pour laquelle nous avions sélectionné ce bien pour y séjourner. Or, nous avons reçu un appel 8 jours avant notre arrivée pour nous dire que la piscine était indisponible et que nous devions faire sans. Nous avons établi une réclamation depuis 10 jours sans réponse.

    Een erg mooi en netjes verzorgde woning. Op loop afstand van het strand. Wel jammer dat het zwembad niet gebruikt mocht worden, wat we bij aankomst hoorden.
