Located in the picturesque village of Varoš on the island of Ugljan, Apartment Varoš 2+1 offers the perfect blend of comfort and authentic Mediterranean charm. This two-story, 55 m² apartment is ideal for couples or small families looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster,dishwasher, fridge, and a filter coffee maker. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for one person, and there is also a small additional toilet. The area is air-conditioned and comfortable throughout the day. There is also a beautiful terrace with seating area.
An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The upper floor is also air-conditioned, ensuring comfort during your stay.
Guests also have access to a shared 32 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is shared with a studio apartment located in a smaller house in the yard.
The nearest grocery store, restaurant, and beaches are about 1 km away. Relax and swim at the nearby beaches Čeprljanda, Mario, and Tratica, known for their crystal-clear water and peaceful surroundings.
