Home to zebras, cows, chickens, dogs, and cats, our property offers a one-of-a-kind escape into nature.

We're right across from Granite Mountain and just 1/4 mile from the trailhead — perfect for hiking, biking, and exploring. After a day outdoors, unwind under the stars, just 15 minutes from historic downtown Prescott.

We live on the 10 acre property so are available to our guests should any needs arise.

There are a total of 2 Airbnbs on the 10 acres.

Our property is located in the peaceful and scenic Williamson Valley area of Prescott, known for its wide-open spaces, beautiful mountain views, and quiet rural charm. We are directly across from the iconic Granite Mountain, offering stunning views and easy access to outdoor adventure. The Granite Mountain Trailhead is less than a 1/4 mile away, perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding, or leisurely walks through nature.

The neighborhood is made up of large ranches, farms, and custom homes, giving it a laid-back, country feel while still being conveniently close to town. You’ll enjoy a true escape from the city without sacrificing access to amenities — historic downtown Prescott, with its restaurants, shops, and famous Courthouse Square, is just a 15-minute drive away.

Here, you’ll find a perfect balance of quiet, privacy, and adventure — surrounded by natural beauty, wildlife, and starry night skies.

Guests will have access to the guest house, which includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom & bathroom.

Come to the country to relax in a peaceful setting across from Granite Mountain. Our guest house is separate from the main house, so it's your own living space.

There is a ZebraScapes Ranch sign at the end of the driveway. Drive up the drive to the tan stucco building with a red door.

Central air conditioning and central heat installed in December 2022.

There is one King size bed in the bedroom. There is not a closet in the bedroom to hang up clothes. The living room has a sectional that can be slept on as well, but does not pull out to a bed.

It does not have Cable TV service, but has a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, etc.

The kitchen does not have a built in stove top. There is a portable 2 burner & hot plate that can be used (stored in a cabinet).

We have a large dog that is vocal, but will not hurt you. He is a protector!
