Liz on the front desk was absolutely amazing! She told us about breakfast, the bar, evenings meals, parking, about the room & about the doors being locked after a certain time so we would have to ring bell. She was really nice and friendly!

The girl on check in is excellent. Told us everything we needed to know, including best way into town and to the football ground. Checked us in at 2pm on the dot, entered the car into machine and we were good to stay oarked there until 23:59 on day of check out at no charge. 10 minutes walk from town. Easy to find and easy to park. Huge bed. A bath tub. Everything you need. Plus the breakfast is gluten free, with fresh made g/f toast. Best hotel in Preston for the money.

The hotel was stunning, but i was very disappointed with the lack of parking avaliable. This was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I had booked 4 rooms for myself and 3 friends that had travelled 3hrs, to be told that 3 of the 4 rooms were ready but mine wasn't and to come back in around an hour, when i did they said it still wasnt ready and i had been moved to the main building. I asked why as the while purpose was that we were all together. She then checked and guess what my original room was available. A complete waste of time and with the parking situation left a foul taste in my mouth. For £300 a night i expect more and my room was clean and tidy, but very tired. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and was something like you'd get in a premier inn.

We were greeted by the cheerful receptionist who explained the ins and outs of the hotel and also made sure our car was booked onto their system to avoid a fine. The room was warm and comfortable and quiet despite being at the back of the property, near the dual carriageway. There was a shower over the bath and a non-slip rubber bath mat was provided. Buffet style breakfast was served in the basement and there was plenty of choice with the staff ensuring everything was topped up and working efficiently. The hotel is walking distance from the town centre, it exceeded our expectations and will be our go to place for our next visit to Preston.
