This Home is two homes in one Home. One Full kitchen, Livingroom, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, And…one full kitchen, Livingroom, bathroom and bedroom downstairs. Your group can use as two private spaces or use together through indoor foyer joining the spaces

Two full homes that have a large adjoining indoor foyer. The foyer could be used as added space. Each home has locking doors that lead to the foyer, for privacy as well.

your group will have total access to both spaces and yard.

All communication is done through the app, or texting. We may exchange phone numbers as well, if needed. We do have someone nearby for emergencies.

There are homes close by some have farms. It is a farming community, but close to amenities and freeway. Carbon Ave is a major freeway, so in the front of the house there is hustle and bustle, but in the back yard there is quiet and cozy.

There is plenty of parking in Parking lot and behind the home

All of the beds were comfortable, nice clean sheets, throw pillows, and blankets. The carpet looks brand new. Extremely easy check in and check out, and amazing customer service from the owner. The location is on the main highway, easily accessible with a large driveway. The kitchen is a bit snug upstairs to fit the table, the microwave is extremely loud (if you pack food to heat up there) and there wasn't any cooking items as far as bowls, spatula, dish soap, etc; however, there were commonly used condiments in the fridge along with plenty of cloths and towels readily available in both bathrooms and kitchens. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, the home was cozy, we'd stay there again!

This is a walk back in time!

Such a great cozy place! We rented up and down and it was great. My kids loved how it felt like what they thought their grandma house would feel like. We’ll be back for sure!

Family Wedding

We loved staying here. It was a great place to have home base for our Gdaughter/Aunts wedding. We were not far from the Greek Orthodox Church. The accommodations were great and the littles thought it was cool to hang out in the basement cottage while the adults were up stairs. We will be back again to visit family.
