This fabulous farmhouse is set among the rolling hills of the Cordovan countryside, which ensures as much quietness and tranquillity as you need to regain your strengths. Thanks to its location and full equipment, you will be able to unwind, recharge your batteries and make the most of your well-earned holidays. Enjoy the ample rooms, fall in love with the spectacular panorama, and dine in the dim light of the sunset; this fabulous holiday home guarantees the most amazing holidays you could expect.

The two-storey house is well laid-out, with spacious rooms and all the amenities and facilities needed to feel at home. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other three with two twin beds each. Each bedroom overlooks a different area of the surrounding landscape so that you can choose the view to which you will wake up every day. The first floor also welcomes two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Downstairs, the split-level living room is decorated with exquisite rustic details, which convey a relaxing ambience, ideal for having a siesta and enjoying the calm atmosphere. Several seating areas, as well as a dining room, are also located on the ground floor, as is the independent kitchen. Here, you will have all the kitchenware at your disposal, which includes all the electric appliances. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the villa.

The living room and the kitchen are also equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor spaces are as charming as the indoor area. You will find many seating areas, in the shade or sunshine, overlooking the gorgeous hills and countryside dotted with olive yards. The setting of this villa will provide immediate peace, which you will enjoy in the spacious patios. In the fabulous private pool, the whole family can refresh, and the poolside sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing. Outdoor, you will even find a full kitchen so that you can prepare your meals.

The access to the villa is possible via a 100-mt unpaved lane.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Erstens ist Manuel ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber. Er ist ein Mann von äußerster Güte, ganz einfach warmherzig und freundlich. Sobald man mit ihm spricht, hat man das Gefühl, ihn schon lange zu kennen. Wir bekamen schnell den Eindruck, Teil der Familie zu sein, vor allem weil Manuel uns bei der Ankunft anbot, uns jeden Morgen ein andalusisches Essen und Frühstück zu servieren. Dieses Willkommensgefühl ist einzigartig und ich glaube nicht, dass wir es in unseren zukünftigen Unterkünften wiederfinden werden. Der Ort ist wunderschön, liegt in einem Naturpark in der Sierra Subbetica, das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Tal mit einem außergewöhnlichen Panorama auf die Berge. Eine sehr große Terrasse verläuft fast rund um das Haus und die Aussicht ist überall atemberaubend. Es ist ein Genuss, morgens zu frühstücken, während die Sonne über den Bergen aufgeht, oder abends den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und eignet sich perfekt zum Schwimmen. Das Haus ist geräumig und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem Großbildfernseher und einem schönen angrenzenden Esszimmer. Auch die Küche ist geräumig und verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte und Zubehörteile. Im Obergeschoss waren die Schlafzimmer und zahlreiche Badezimmer sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Wir haben das Gefühl, dass es sich um ein Familienhaus handelt und kümmern uns mit größter Sorgfalt darum. Abschließend möchten wir Nouveau Manuel für seine unendliche Freundlichkeit danken. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort in einer wunderschönen Landschaft und im zentralen Teil Andalusiens sind, 1 Stunde von Cordoba, kaum mehr von Granada, 1 Stunde 30 von Malaga oder sogar 2 Stunden von Sevilla entfernt, um die gesamte Region zu erkunden, dann entscheiden Sie sich ohne zu zögern für eine Sekunde. Ach ja. Ich habe einen wichtigen Fehler vergessen. Irgendwann muss man diesen schönen Ort und diese süßen Menschen verlassen. Viele gute Dinge von Manuel Carmen und den anderen Menschen, die wir dort getroffen haben.

Manuel est au petit soins de ses locataire, Perssone très humaine. La maison est très bien équipée et très belle, grande piscine, 3 ou 4 SDB, climatisation…. La maison est située au milieu d’un domaine d’oliviers….le calme à l’état pure. Je recommande vivement. Adel.

Was für ein Glück für 2 Wochen mit einem ebenso diskreten wie effizienten Wartungsservice der Immobilie. The whole experience of the villa was utterly wonderful. It is located in the most beautiful, restful landscape amid rolling and rugged hills and fields dotted with olive trees. It is only 5-10 minutes from the town of Priego de Cordoba, so you can get everything you want and visit some great churches, museums, a castle and restaurants very easily, while also being able to stay in a charmingly rural location. It is about an hour and 20 mins from both Cordoba and Granada, so is well-placed for world heritage cultural visits. There was so much else to see of historical and natural interest nearby. The house itself is stunning. We found the inside very large and conveniently laid out, with many spaces and rooms to accommodate everyone and every need on our holiday. We loved the homely feel of it, and all the quirky details! The bedrooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated, each with different lovely views. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need to self-cater - we lacked nothing, and found a whole lot more than we would ever have expected. Outside is undescribably beautiful and far surpassed our expectations. The gardens and patios are extensive and offer diverse settings and spaces that we enjoyed at different times. There is another kitchen space outside with hob and fridge so we could prepare our food and drinks there too. The well-kept garden and trees offered delightful shade in the heat of the day. The pool was much larger than we expected, and it was very well maintained throughout our stay. There are ample chairs and tables to sit outside all around the property. The views are simply stunning. One of our greatest pleasures was watching the sunset over the hills of olive groves. We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place. It is right near by a couple of other houses, but we were all very private from each other, and did not see or hear anyone else. It is also next to some lovely farm animals (goats, sheep and chickens) that were fun to watch. Most of all, we were simply overwhelmed by the generosity and kindness of the owners. We've stayed in a lot of villas and the owners here far surpass anything we have previously experienced. They were always there if we needed them, but left us to enjoy the space ourselves. They brought us amazing gifts of food and drink throughout our stay, and even went out of their way to accommodate a vegetarian (something of a rarity in these parts apparently!). The generosity was i
