Fratazza stay

A bit worn out hotel, but quite good for sleeping in. The surroundings are fantastic and beautiful, taken out of a painting.

Due notti per goderci le escursioni a S.Martino. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la mezza pensione e la cortesia del personale, peccato per la stanza (111) situata al piano terra: avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata ma soprattutto andrebbe cambiato il materasso, su rete a molle e troppo cedevole!

Lugar de tirar o fôlego

O hotel fica numa região extremamente bela. Paisagens encantadoras o cercam. Café da manhã também era muito bom. As camas e travesseiros que deixaram um pouco a desejar em relação ao conforto. A cama de casal era uma junção de duas camas de solteiro e os travesseiros bem finos. Fora isso o hotel é perfeito, além de ter um ótimo atendimento.

Zimmer soweit ok - bloss ungemütlich. Grösse ok, auch das Bad, aber das war's dann auch. Frühstück dagegen war sehr gut - auch das Abendessen recht ok. Für eine Nacht ging's.

La struttura ha una buona posizione, ma purtroppo l'intera organizzazione è molto approssimativa, personale insufficiente in tutti i servizi ed infatti ne risentono sia la pulizia molto scarsa che tutti gli altri servizi. Cucina pessima, assolutamente non adeguata ad hotel di montagna sia come quantità che qualità (abbinamenti improponibili) ma soprattutto approssimativi e mal curati (in 6 giorni di permanenza ci è sempre stato servito il dessert ancora congelato quindi immangiabile e questo fa ben capire quanta attenzione veniva riservata alla cucina). Da salvare soltanto la ragazza alla reception la quale sempre carina e disponibile a risolvere i problemi ed i due giovani camerieri che cercavano sempre ed in ogni maniera di dare e fare il massimo per noi clienti ma ovviamente con i pochi mezzi che avevano a loro disposizione non sempre ci riuscivano. Peccato perchè sarebbe un Hotel in buona posizione sia logistica che panoramica nonchè immobile in buono stato se curato e diretto diversamente. Conclusione: Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente non adeguato. La nostra famiglia non soggiornerà più in questa struttura.

ottimo hotel

abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di 4 notti in mezza pensione. personale cortese e sempre disponibile, pulizie giornaliere, buona colazione, buona la cena: antipasti a buffet sempre uguali in tutte le sere mentre i primi e i secondi a scelta tra tre pietanze diverse ogni sera e per finire sempre il dolce. il menu proposto era sempre buono e nelle giuste quantità. Vicinissimo all'impianto di risalita Tognola (un minuto a piedi) e a circa 10 minuti dal centro del paese. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ci ritorneremo appena sarà possibile.

Hotel Fratazza ottima anche per famiglie

L'hotel ha un ampio parcheggio, stanze pulite, una buona colazione a buffet, cena con antipasti a buffet mentre il primo secondo e dolce si prenotano il giorno prima o all' arrivo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Alla sera c'è il servizio intrattenimento per i bambini. Inoltre l' hotel dispone di Sauna L' hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla funivia e vi è a disposizione il pullman per arrivare in centro a San Martino di Castrozza per i possessori di skipass

Staff cordiale e premuroso attento a risolvere ogni esigenza del cliente, ottima posizione dell'hotel, la camera a piano terra poco confortevole perchè le finestre davano direttamente sull'aria comune esterna con tavolini e sedie. In compenso i servizi igienici erano veramente confortevoli.
