Stayed during the Mint 400 race. Two of the three hotels are closed at Primm. Restaurants and hotel were understaffed. If it wasn’t for the race, there would be no reason to stop.

Things were falling apart, elevators dirty and missing covers over things tile was broken. Ceiling tiles missing, rooms were missing furniture, lights didn't work heater/ac was coming off wall, doors didn't shut all the way, barking dog for 2 nights

I will never stay here again. Pitch black entry to room. No light above door entry. Non functional phone in room. TV WiFi broken. One of the room keys failed. I could go on but it’s not worth my time. I should have demanded a refund.

I did enjoy the event arena within the property which made it easy to get to while staying, however the fact i had to pay 10$ to check my bag at the door..as a guest who paid $180 for a much outdated dirty room..was upsetting. The price of the food and drinks are outrageous as well. I hope the hotel gets the funds needed for a renovation and can bring light back to a once great casino hotel.

Overall average location to stay. The casino smelled of cigarettes and the rooms did too. The room itself was clean enough to not evoke any feelings of disgust, which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially for my two small children.

The hotel staff is disrespectful, unresponsive, and completely negligent to their jobs. The manager was kind and willing to address many issues during our stay.

We were on the somewhat offseason, so it was quiet. The room was okay. Shower doors could have been updated, but the whole and lobby and casino seemed like they could use some updates. Maybe because of the smoking situation, they were masking the smell with cleaning products that were a little strong.

Dirty as hell. I was told because I have a dog i couldn't get a good clean room. There was hair in the bed and stained bed sheets

The woman we walked up to to check in was extremely rude. So we backed up and went to a different person. And he got us checked in. Be aware that they charge a $39 resort fee and there isnt a resort. It gets 2 stars because the beds were comfortable but I will never stay here again and would not recomment it to anyone
