we were not made aware that tha casino was under renovation and had a very very bad experience. there was no restaurants open, no bars open and not even a gift shop to get waters or snacks, i will never go back there again!!

Great Stay!

My stay at Primm valley Resort was Amazing. I was there for one night for a concert at Buffalo Bills Star Of The Desert Arena. The concert was a lot of fun. I do miss the outlet shops at Primm Valley Resort. I hope they bring them back sometime. I would recommend reopening a restaurant or at least a cafeteria where we can get a bite to eat. Buffalo bills buffet is a short drive or a nice walk away so that is good. They also have a Dennis Restaurant and other eateries nearby at Buffalo Bills.

Avoid it

I booked a weekend at the primm resort. I was on a trip for work and needed a place for the weekend. On arrival they said I was at the buffalo bill resort. So I headed over to the other hotel to check in. Once I got to my hotel room it had someone else’s belongings in it. Clearly someone way staying there. So we went back down and were told they accidentally put us under someone room. How does that even happen??? Then told us our room was actually at the primm resort. So we headed back to the primm resort. The room wasn’t very clean. The carpet had food on it and the bed was stained. Bathroom had a dead roach. I was very upset and was only offered to have one night of resort fees waved. The staff was super friendly and I understand they can only do so much. Next time I’ll head 30 minutes into Vegas.

The room that was given to meet at a different location then where I booked my stay since December and my stay was booked for February. They had some kind of an event at the location were I booked my room and they give it to somebody else and sent me to the resort next door. Even after I had already paid for my room and fees. How could this happen. Not to mention the room I got was dirty, the keys given didn’t open the door and the tv didn’t work as well as the ice machine was out of order. I was told I was even lucky to get a room just because they had an event most sell out. I couldn’t believe what my wife and friends were being told. After booking on line and paying to make sure we had everything planned out for months and making sure our trip was booked in time. One experience to never forget
