Escape to the PEC Lavender Farm - a peaceful country retreat in the lavender fields! Enjoy the indoor charm of an old renovated farmhouse or outside in the sun in Adirondack chairs. Guests can explore the fields or visit our on-site shop with handmade lavender products. Centrally located in Prince Edward County, we're close to provincial parks, beaches, wineries and charming shops - perfect for a relaxing getaway or adventure filled weekend.
Each room has it's own private bathroom with shower. Guests will have access to their own kitchen, living room and dining room. This listing sleeps 8 adults and we could add two cots in rooms for children. We added a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom in the winter of 2026.

I and four friends stayed at the Farmhouse for one night. The setting is gorgeous, and the location was pretty perfect--we were within walking distance of a number of wineries and it was a 20-minute drive to our dinner destination in Bloomfield. The farmhouse itself is beautiful and comfortable. As a bonus, when you check-in at the shop, you are bathed in the lovely aroma of lavender. It's a great way to start a trip!My only suggestion would be to bring a sharp knife, a cutting board--there is one there, but we made our own breakfast and an extra one would have come in handy--and some oven mitts if you plan to do any cooking during your stay. Otherwise, the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and coffee and tea.

We had wonderful stay at the bnb last night. But as advertised we did not receive the continental breakfast as advertised on the site, Air BNB, and VRBO. Other VRBO guest received breakfast, why not us. Under the beds had dirt and garbage. Poor communication from the host Jessie as I emailed her about instructions about the property and received none. I was asked if we needed to use the kitchen on Wednesday and I said yes because of purchases made on the way to the house. We needed to keep the items cold as it was hot yesterday. She never once said yesterday that if we are using the kitchen that breakfast isn’t included, because that’s where they cook the breakfast. It was a nice stay besides this mornings set back with breakfast. Julie from the giftshop was very nice and pleasant to us. Thank you Julie. Note to anyone booking the house if you request the kitchen you do not get breakfast. Which I wish was stated before our arrival. This property is very close to Broken Stone Winery and Closson Chase Winery.

Having tea in the morning while sitting in the lavender fields, what could be better?!

Beautiful historic home, perfectly appointed rooms, each with its own en suite. Jesse created lovely vegan breakfasts specifically for us both mornings. Tea and coffee were available for our early morning “scent bath” to the lavender fields.
