Staff was polite and very helpful - (they always are) pool was out of order for a second stay in a row- AC was broken leaving a the hotel room beyond hot and uncomfortable. We had 3 in our party and no one had a wink of sleep. - no bedding for fold out couch - no pillows leaving staff to hunt down things with panic and uncertainty which is unfair to them. Rooms not in great shape at all. The following day for breakfast was terrible - no silverware - which left guests eating with their hands - myself included. I heard from another guest that the night before she saw the front desk dealing with the silverware prep with no sanitary practices in place. Also spoke with a parent the next day who also uses the lodge as their place to stay while in town for their child’s sport and they had the same horror story both of us agreeing that while we have supported this hotel in the past we will no longer be staying there as it no longer holds the standard of a clean and comfortable stay.

Prestige lodge is typically our first choice when we come to PG for sporting events. The last two stays have been less than ideal. The most recent stay, we found our room in terrible condition (lots of paint chips, conditions of carpet and walls in terrible condition; above what would be considered normal “wear and tear”) and the room was sweltering hot/ humid. The pool was out of commission with no warning (and one reason we chose this hotel).

The room was spotless ans comfortable, the staff were outstanding even giving us a free upgrade. We had a tough day at the hospital and were so relieved to come back to our room last night. We weren't able to use the pool or hot tub or even the breakfast bldue to out scheduling but the beds are amazingly comfortable. What a treat

Other than the power going out 3 times for hours and hours yet the restaurant and neighbor's beside us all had power. It was amazing! The rooms immaculate, always clean. The staff is friendly We've stayed here 3 times now this year and we always stay in the biggest room there. No complaints. We look forward to coming back for a relaxing staycation My only complaint is that theres never enough towels or blankets and the place would be even better if they supplied robes or vending machines

This was the second time in a month that I stayed at this hotel. I was very impressed last time and I wasn’t disappointed this time. The variety and quality of the breakfast has something to satisfy even the pickiest appetite. This time though both the bed and the pillows were well worn and not at all comfortable. I may have been in an updated room last month.
