I had booked this hotel because it was pet friendly and had cribs (I called to make sure). I called TWICE about having the crib set up in the room as we’d be arrive around midnight. When we check in, the crib was not there. We went to go ask and they said ‘we don’t have cribs here’. Awful

Nicely updated bedroom, the bathroom was mostly updated so decent enough. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned better, the area around the light switch as well as the inside of the door hadn't been cleaned in some time.

phone was difficult to use and didn’t end up getting service to the front desk, so I had to go downstairs to ask for an extra blanket and such. It took 45 minutes for the blanket to arrive. The worst part was there is no way to block out the light from the window! They have blackout curtains, but they are drilled into the wall for decoration! They don’t reach all the way to the middle. The blanket was to cover up the sunlight since there is only 7 hours of sun this far north anyways. Ignoring that, the rest of the amenities was amazing. Like I was really surprised. If you are willing to deal with the window issue, then I recommend this place. 8.2/10

The hotel was conveniently, located, very clean and had a large comfortable room and a great bed. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was decent with plenty of choices. However, either the shower soap and hair product dispensers were malfunctioning or they were empty. I asked House Cleaning to refill them, and they assured me they would. However, I was never able to pump any shower gel and very little conditioner out of those dispensers. There was also a confusing little sign post near the front door saying the doors would be locked after 11 PM. I never noticed it until I arrived back at the hotel at 11:30 and nearly had a heart attack. Fortunately, the sign didn’t seem to apply, and the doors were not locked.
