This room (Room 114) was booked for my elderly parents who were in the city for appointments. While the room appeared to be clean, mom woke up with a couple of bites the first morning but brushed it off. Second morning she woke covered in bites on her neck, back, backside, basically from head to toe. When they brought it to the attention of the girl at the front desk all she was able to do is thank them for telling her about it, and offer a $60 discount. We are now left with the aftermath of cleaning and mitigating any spread to our home. Not happy with the response, and based on that, not willing to risk staying there again.

Always hot coffee in the lobby. 4 or 5 blocks to a large strip mall. Many restaurants within 2 blocks and a 24 hour Dennys in the hotel.

The suite with king bedroom was great for space and the kitchen facility. Parking lot is very tight and quite full when we arrived late in the evening. But great spot and thankful for Denny’s right next door!

Wouldn’t stay here again. Old, holes in walls and things down the sink drain, don’t feel safe as a single woman given a room in ground floor with an outside door .

The Wifi in the room didn’t work, so I just used my hotspot. No utensils for stirring coffee. The shower head makes an awful sound when switching from spout to shower. Other it was a very clean space and decent bed.
