When we arrived at reception, young lady Rudy behind reception desk resolved our issue needing a pet friendly room Also all was as expected nice clean room, quiet, good complimentary breakfast resolved the need

Nice renovation to the place. The breakfast area is better. No a/c only a fan that doesn't cool it very well. Thankfully it wasn't too hot while there. Knob for fan in bathroom was broken. Told front desk but nothing done about it. Overall a decent place for a good price. Parking is limited and monitored with camera and the front desk person did a walk about when we arrived.

Comfortable bed, quiet location, easy walk to downtown amenities. Doesn’t have own pool but get free access to civic pool, just two blocks from hotel.

why did I have to pay an extra $75 for a dog friendly room when I specifically checked off that I needed one on the expedia site. I was told by check in personal that I had to pay an extra $25 per day for cleaning. The cleaning staff never cleaned my room untill I left. I had to ask for fresh towels and shampoo when i run out. Paid too much, that Expedia should not have allowed
