The front desk associate actively ignored us. The assigned room smelled of marijuana (the room was non-smoking), the bathroom was covered in rust and filth. The curtains were peeling and they use sofa pillows for the mattress. On top of all of that, the associate and the manager refused to cancel and provide a refund. We did not stay there a single night and, instead we booked our stay at a nearby hotel.

Rooms not cleaned properly. Pipes were banging through the night. Dresser was falling apart and wasn't useful. Room smelled like old and new cigarettes. Told I was in a non smoking room. Beginning staff wasn't helpful, second night (Kimberly) switched my room with no issue.

The room was quite small. There was a leak from the ceiling above the toilet which was annoying and kept me up. Room 121 was okay for one person not 2. No Bible and no pen or paper to write down anything. The price fit the room just right.
