2nd floor with elevator, T3 of 68 m2 with 2 large terraces of 16 and 6 m2 overlooking a Mediterranean garden and the port of Propriano. The main room (about 30 m2), which opens onto a large terrace houses a modern kitchen (red and gray), fully equipped and the living room with a convertible corner sofa facing a wall TV 47 inches. The bathroom equipped for disabled, is fully tiled and has a washbasin, a toilet and a large shower Italian shower. The rooms have a distribution hall. A room (15 m2) receives a large bed (160x200) and a storage manually articulated-wardrobe. Another bedroom (15 m2) is furnished with two beds (80x200) independent electrical which can be connected as well as a wardrobe-storage. It opens onto a small terrace. The residence offers free parking on the street Scamaroni. On request, it is possible to enjoy a double box (open) in the basement. If necessary, you have a small bed for child.

Que demander de plus ?

Appart tout neuf idéalement situé à 2 min a pied des plages en retrait de la rue principale. Résidence calme, parking privé en sous sol, très grand balcon. Vraiment rien à redire. En plus, un vrai lit à barreau pour bébé, un vrai plus pour une famille avec bébé!

Appartement tres propre et fonctionnel !

Un trés bon accueil pour la remise des clés. Appartement conforme au descriptif, secteur calme et aucune nuisance dans l'immeuble qui est tout neuf. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances à l'aise. Je le conseille, vraiment agréable séjour et la plage est juste à 5 min à pied. Trés proche du centre avec des animations sympathiques.
