This is a one floor waterfront home with 2 bedrooms and one spacious bathroom.
Main bedroom: This bedroom has tons of storage, a dedicated workspace overlooking the water for your laptop, and a Queen sized bed.
Bedroom 2: The TV is in this room with a trundle bed that makes into two twin beds. There is a bureau for storage and books galore.
Bathroom: Updated walk in shower and plenty of space.
Kitchen: Has a gorgeous stone wall on one end, updated appliances, and plenty of cooking supplies for all of your meals at home.
Living room/Dining room: A huge stone fireplace sets the mood for the room, romance, nostalgia and memories! There is a dining room table facing the water in this open concept space. Walk out to the spacious deck to grill, or sip on your morning coffee.
** Your one small to medium sized dog is welcome with pre-approval, a pet agreement and a pet fee.
Within a short walk or drive are churches, a library, the Navy base and light house, banks, groceries, antique shops, two ponds for swimming and fishing, and bicycle and kayak rentals. Schoodic Point, a spectacular part of Acadia National Park is only 5 miles from the house as well!
