Pool to cold to use, oil floating on top of hot tub water. Key to our room wouldn’t work. For women bring your own conditioner they had shampoo no conditioner

Our stay was ok, but the hotel is really worn and dated. It’s not the staff’s fault, they were friendly and helpful. Our room was smelly and not all that clean tbh. There was chipping paint and actual broken furniture. The bed was comfortable enough. The furniture and decor in the breakfast area is just gross and unpleasant. The free breakfast is pretty decent. Chain hotels are usually reliable but this was a miss. I guess if you need a cheap overnight for a business trip, sure, but I wouldn’t stay there with my family.

This is a Hampton Inn?

Not sure why this hotel is in the Hampton Inn family because it does not look or feel like a Hampton Inn. Room was very dated and not in great condition. Although they don't have a shuttle to the airport it is only a very short walk so that is one selling point.

**ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE**. I booked the king suite for a stay on 8/10/25. Check in was at 3p. We arrived at 3:23. ONLY to be told there was NO STAFF to check us in. The lady in charge of housekeeping was doing everything to console us but she said the person that was supposed to come in did show up. So she called the "manager". Manager said he was 30-45 min out. Meanwhile we call customer service. They were SOOOOOO helpless. I told the rep there was no one here to check us in. She couldn't believe so she puts me on hold to call the hotel. No one was picking up. She was extremely apologetic but it didn't help. After an hour and 20 minutes the "manager" shows up and checks us in. The rep told me to call back after the check out to see what they could do. Because I booked through Expedia they said there wasn't too much they could do. This almost ruined our special weekend.

On the day of check in there was no front desk staff there to check anyone in. The 2nd shift person was a no-call, no-show, with about 10 people waiting to check in. No one knew what was going on. One person in back room had no idea how to check anyone in. Someone from Boston eventually had to come in to cover. We ended up leaving to go to dinner and had to check in hours later. There was no apology, nothing done for the inconvenience, nothing at all. Even the computer system was down when we were checked in but it had to be done manually. They said this had been a usual and ongoing thing with bare minimum staffing. The carpeted hallways were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks or longer. The condition of the furniture in rooms was horrible and very old and run down, as was the same in the lobby and dining areas. In fact never did we see any housekeeping staff anywhere on site. Did not use the fitness center or pool area, but probably glad we didn't. No clocks in rooms, which we also found very discouraging. Free breakfast area options were little and not very good quality. Condition of dining area furniture was old, stained and disgusting. The whole place needs to be shut down, health department brought in, and completely renovated. They won't do it though, I'm sure, because of their great location next to the airport. Being under the Hilton name they should this is not what anyone should expect. Will never stay at this location again.
