Helpful staff and very clean. Check-in & out was very easy. Room was near the pool and had a heavy chlorine smell. 4 out of 5 stars. Close proximity to downtown Providence.

Dated hotel; room smells of sweat; delayed airport pickup by 45 minutes after having called the Front Desk to request a pickup at baggage claim - told to call back once received bags and van would be there in 5-10 minutes. Call back and no answer for 25 minutes. Finally reach central reservations and ultimately ask for a manager, who ultimately finds front desk guy - van finally arrives and driver stays in van and does not open back doors of van even though I have golf clubs and luggage - perhaps because it was raining so no way driver was going to get out of van to help a customer… now at hotel to check in and no sign of front desk guy… combine lack of service with smell of room - had to yell for someone to come to front desk… no chance picking this hotel again and neither should anyone else.

Check in was a breeze, took about 3 minutes. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for 14 hours since we had an early flight home. This location was ideal for returning a rental car which was right down the street.
