Staff is wonderful at the Omni! We were just there one night to look at colleges before going to Boston for Thanksgiving, but the staff were amazing! The bathrooms don’t have a fan, so the humidity is making the paint and wallpaper peel a little and some areas are rusting. And the shower didn’t drain well, so the bathrooms could use some work, but it was very clean.

We had a terrible experience in the room with the tub in our room. As i was getting in the shower and turn on the water i was flushed with brown rusted disgusting pieces all over me that came out with the water. The anxiety i felt in that moment was not familiar to me, and up until now as i write this review i cant calm down. When i called the guest service to report that i learned that the entire building of the hotel was closed for the past 3 days as they had to test the boilers and pipes on the building and today is the first day since that they welcomed guest back. Why would you do that to your guests? Why wouldn't you complete maintenance and cleaning prior to host guest in these rooms?

Staff was nice, but I didn't really need them other than checking in. The room is tired - old, loud heat, scratchy sheets, the ceiling in the shower looks like it will fall apart any moment. It's pretty expensive for what you get.
