This 2 level villa has its own private beach cove located in chalk sound, you can relax by the pool viewing the beautiful chalk sound national park.

Both bedrooms have a view of the water and have their own bathroom And have their own AC units.

WIFI is accessible in all rooms of the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped will all pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery required for 4 guests, plus extra in the outdoor area. There is an electric stove, dishwasher, and double-door refrigerator, The villa has a standard coffee machine requiring ground coffee and in addition, there is a washer and dryer, kayaks, inflatable SUPs, Snorkeling gears, 4 Beach chairs.

 Living Room:
The villa has 2 sofas that can seat 4 people and a 55’ tv where you can stream from Netflix or amazon prime. There are 2 sliding Glass doors that can open up to view the beautiful water of Chalk sound national park.

Pool Area:
This area is where you want to be enjoying the fresh chalk sound breeze and the water view, it equips 6 bar chairs/table, 3 piece sofa set,4 lounger Chairs, Swing Egg Hanging Chair, Big Bend hanging umbrella, and 6 seaters outdoor dining table.  

Beach Area:
This is the reason why you’re here in the Turks and Caicos to enjoy our crystal clear waters. This villa has its own private Cove with 4 lounger chairs at the beach.

Had a problem originally getting our codes for the house, but the view from our place was unbelievably beautiful! If you want a very quiet and relaxing vacation, this is a great location for you. To sightsee, you definitely need a car. The island has beautiful sand beaches and has great elevation to the water. Plenty of Supermarkets, the ones where the locals shop was much more reasonable! We took excursions and truly enjoyed our stay. We did lose power twice, which I guess is common around the islands!

We had the best time here at Las Brisas Azules. It is a beautiful home on the water and it went above and beyond our expectations! It’s just what our family needed to get away from the northeast winters and the busyness of life. We read the previous reviews and concerns and I will say they were not an issue for us. Understanding we were staying at our own private residence we knew we would have to commute to places and locations on the busier side of the island. We felt completely safe and we did enjoy the tranquility and calm of Chalk Sound. The food was delicious. The people are so friendly and helpful. Neko our property manager helped us when we had questions and he replied in a timely manner. He was wonderful helping us get acquainted with the island life and shared many recommendations! It was a dream for our family to go out and kayak right in our private beach behind the house.

EXCELLENT location!! Incredible views with light breezes. We enjoyed the pool and small beach. House was nice. The host Neko was extremely quick to respond, very friendly, and provided full support for our questions and concerns. To make this a 5 star property stay, we would suggest better quality control - make sure all kitchen items are available, replace broken wicker furniture outside, replace water heater as it is insufficient for four people. We would also suggest publishing more up to date photos of the beach as it is not as sandy as it appears in the online photos.

To wake up to such a spectacular view every morning was so amazing. I actually got up in the middle of the night to take pictures of the Sound. We cooked all our meals at the house (except for one) and loved every minute being there. We did venture to Taylor Beach a few times, but honestly loved having our very own beach a few steps away. Kayaking was definitely a bonus, but we just loved relaxing around the pool.

Tranquility

What an amazing trio we had. Loved the property as it was just what we wanted to be in a quiet scenic location for plenty of rent and relaxation. Truly one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen right from the outdoor space. It is about 20Minutes from the “resort” area but we were fine with that. Las Brisas Netune restaurant was very good as well.

Beautiful views!

Overall, an excellent villa. Incredible views stood out. Excellent option for those looking for peace and quiet and don't mind being a bit far from most restaurants etc. Villa well kept and furnished overall, just a few minor things need attention such as broken lamp switch, and dripping shower head and out of whack temperature control in west bedroom/bathroom. Driveway and front "yard" could use some help. Great having the small private beach with kayaks etc. Overall, highly recommended.

Fantastic villa

Just a fantastic villa overlooking the Sound. A very short drive from two of the best beaches we had ever seen. the pool was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The villa was clean, and just as advertised. Neko could not have been a better host providing everything we needed and information about the island. We loved our stay and will certainly return.

Beautiful home

Home is gorgeous with beautiful views of he chalk sound. Layout is good. Spiral staircase is the only access to the upstairs bedrooms and was difficult to carry large suitcases up. We had an issue with plumbing the morning after check in tat caused us not to be able to shower or use toilet. Neko was quick to respond and came over to start working on a solution quickly. Unfortunately it was an unknown time frame to fix so we had to find a new place quickly. Neko tried to find another place for us but was unable to get something comparable. All in all the homeis gorgeous, customer service was great. Location is far away from all the tourist attractions.

We loved our stay at Las Brizas! The pictures don’t do it justice. The kayaks and paddle boards were a nice touch. We only saw 2 people the entire week we were there. So private and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Picture worthy home on the Chalk Sound

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Neko was very responsive and accommodating of our needs as we worked through a couple hiccups during our stay. The sound was a wonderful location for our kids to be able to snorkel right outside our back door. The home was very clean and being an island paradise, expect a few small bugs to show their faces. Wifi was spotty throughout but all in all, we made due. With the heavy rain during our stay the house unexpectedly took on some water which property management was very quick to respond to. We rented a car and never once felt unsafe in our surroundings. We will absolutely be back.

A slice of paradise away from it all

Perfect house for four people with great amenities we loved kayaking and paddle boarding in Chalk Sound then going for a swim in the pool before heading to the breathtaking Taylor Bay beach. Neko was an amazing host super responsive- he even popped by with some great suggestions. I would recommend renting a car - and trying out a new restaurant each evening. The vibe is laid back and quiet - Grace Bay beach is beautiful but we enjoyed Taylor more! Highly recommend

Little Slice of Heaven

What an amazing location!! The beauty of the Chalk Sound is indescribable. You really just have to experience it. While the house could use a little maintenance in some small ways the location, outdoor living and view made up for anything inside that could use an update. We loved the privacy having our own home, 2 levels of deck with glass surround, a good sized pool for cooling off, nice outdoor furniture, beach access for ease of taking out the paddle boards and kayaks (which we did multiple times), the multiple windows to see the view daily, and the house was very clean. We did have sugar ants occasionally near the sink so kept our packaged food in ziplocs. As soon as we let Neko know, he had someone over treating them. Neko was vey responsive and helpful on questions about the house or surrounding area. This was our first trip to TCI and it truly was like we experienced a little slice of heaven. We had good experiences at local restaurants (Bugaloos, Omar’s, Las Brisas, da Conch Shack, Bella Luna) friendly people & good food, fun locations. Enjoyed church at Our Lady of Divine Providence. A super fun 1/2 day excursion on Island Vibes Catamaran! We are so glad we stayed where we did and would sure stay longer if we could and hope to return. It was a very welcoming home away from home. Lots of fun memories made!!

Absolutely stunning!

Beautiful location and view. There was a problem with the WiFi and the host couldn’t have been more attentive! I own a Resort in MN and understand the difficulties with maintenance. They even bought a new router and installed it immediately! Can’t say enough great things about this property!

The location was beautiful. The space was functional and laid out well. I feel the construction of the house was not particularly safe-the spiral staircase was only half bolted at the top and a part of the railing looked to be ductaped together. There were not an abundance of electrical outlets and near the tv they looked overloaded.The house was clean however the glass panels along the deck were filthy. It is nice to have these as it was a bit windy out there but if you are going to use glass then clean them well. The reason to use glass would be to preserve the view. The pool was great! There were no instructions regarding anything- how to work safes? After 2 texts to caretaker he finally answered my call regarding the safes and to ask to have smoke detector batteries changed as one of bedroom ones went off in the night. In my experience when you are paying what we paid for I would have expected more. We did enjoy our vacation though!!

Relaxing vacation

The house is perfect for two couples. It’s clean and a quiet place. The management is very responsive and helpful with any question. A great place to relax at the pool or enjoy the Chalk Sound with the kajak.

Amazing views

Place was incredible. The views are spectacular. Taylor beach right next to it was breath taking. If you are a group of 2 or 4 it is the perfect place to stay. Tons of room and nothing g on the island is too far away. Turks and Caicos is a must vacation. Snorkeling kayaks and much more. Did I already say the views from the house. Amazing.

Spectacular Stay!

Where do we start? From the communication/check in process to the end of our stay it was amazing. Neko is an amazing host! Our flight got cancelled and he was nice enough to accommodate us anyway, without any issues. He also elped us book a snorkeling excursion and was very helpful recommending local spots. The views are breathtaking, the kayaking was amazing. Can’t thank Neko enough. The house was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon. Private, clean, relaxing, and beautiful views. Make sure to visit Simone's Restaurant, the food and drinks are the best you'll find on the island. Please also contact Ms. Flow for taxi at (649)241-2458. You'll be blessed by her presence and wealth of knowledge about the island and it's people! Don’t hesitate to book this place if you are thinking about it.

Gorgeous house, incredible outdoor space

The photos don’t do this place justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked, but the biggest draw was the amazing back deck overlooking the bright blue water of Chalk Sound. Eating breakfast poolside with those fantastic views was the perfect start to every day. The kids loved the pool, which was bigger than we expected. We made great use of the kayaks and paddle board, exploring the little islands in the sound. The property was quiet and peaceful, and we loved the location. It’s just a few minutes from Taylor Bay beach, and very close to Las Brisas, Omar’s Beach Hut (our favorite), and Bugaloos. It was a very easy drive to Grace Bay beach and all the other beaches on Providenciales. Neko was responsive and helpful. We couldn’t imagine a better home base for our trip, and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location: Chalk Sound and Taylor Beach Access

This property was amazing and stocked well (towels, beach towels, kitchen, snorkeling, beach gear, etc.)! The views from the house and bedrooms were perfect. It was quiet and easily accessible to Grace Bay and close beaches. We'd recommend Taylor Beach (private, shallow, beautiful white sand). There was a constant breeze which made sunbathing perfect. We received a massage on the back deck with the most beautiful views. Smart TVs (you must sign in to your accounts) are in every room. Things to note: 1. Google directions took us 5 minutes further (watch for the house number on the right). Refer to the directions Neko sends you (he is an excellent communicator). 2. When we arrived, the house was hot and stuffy; once we figured out the AC ceiling units, it cooled off within minutes (the remote controllers close to the unit). 3. Be aware that the spiral staircase can be a bit challenging to bring your luggage upstairs. We managed to bring up two 50lb luggage and laughed the whole time., and 4). The shower temperature direction is the opposite of what it shows (for example, for heat, turn the knob towards the cold). Shopping: Go to Mama's as she will give you a great discount and there are good quality items. Also, visit Las Brisas Restaurant (just down the street) is amazing, but for water, views go during the day. We will definitely visit again!
