Tervetuloa Off the Grid-huvilaan, sellaisena kuin se on nähtävissä HGTV: n Karibian elämässä. Todellinen Karibian merenranta loma. Hemmottele itseäsi ja anna huolissasi liukastua pois, vaikka edes muutama päivä. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 1/2 kylpyhuoneen oma turkkilainen ja caicossalainen vuokrahuvila sijaitsee suoraan meren rannalla Providencialesissa, turkkilaisissa ja Caicossaareissa. Muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä tie johtaa kahteen halutuimpaan sijaintiin koko Turkin ja Caicoksen, Taylor Bayn ja Sapodilla Bayn rannoilla. Kävele 2-3 mailia pois, ja vesi ei ole edes vyötärö syvä. Täydellinen kaikille, lapsille, henkilöille, jotka eivät ole upeita uimareita tai vanhuksia. We really enjoyed our stay. All the pre-trip communication was excellent and Cady was great when we arrived and throughout our stay. The house with access to Chalk Sound, the pool, the beach chairs, the grill, was very comfortable for our group of five. We enjoyed the local beaches and others throughout the island. The stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

June Family Vacation

The positive:- The view: 11/10. Incredible. The sound might be the most beautiful place on the island and the pool/deck overlooks it. The sun rises right over the sound. - Pool and sound access were perfect. The sound is a little rough, rocky and mushy on the bottom but it still really nice for a little salt water dip. The pool was perfect temperature and size for our family. We spend hours playing and lounging into the night. - Location is certainly the other side of the island from the busy resorts. If you like it quieter and your own space, this is the right spot. - Place is nice. 4 bathrooms, 3 showers. Outdoor shower. Beach and pool toys. TVs in each room. Felt very safe. We left our door unlocked most of the time. - Community dog that is super friendly and comes over to say hi occasionally.

We had a great 5 day stay at Off the Grid! The location could not have been better. We wanted seclusion from the hustle and bustle of a resort, and OTG didn't disappoint. There was a generous buffer between us and the other houses in the area on Chalk Sound, which gave us the privacy we were hoping for. The pool deck was a perfect place to begin a day of exploring, and to wind down afterward with a cocktail and enjoy the evening breezes and views. And the sound was only a few steps away down the trail below the pool. What a cool place to hang out with an evening snack! Each room in the home has it's own AC unit, so it was easy to personalize the temperatures (mostly we just propped the front door open and let the cool breeze blow through the large twin double glass sliding doors) The power allotment is easily manageable if your party is aware of the need to be frugal. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the only meal we had in the home; there was just too many good choices to eat out! There were even sharp knives! Not having them is always a let-down to the "amateur chef" in me. If you like to cook for your crew, you'll have what you need. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the master bath was recently redone to include a walk-in glass shower. A nice touch! The hosts had just recently replaced the beach chairs before our arrival, which was a really nice option to have on the trips we took to the various beaches and bays across Provo.

Off the Grid Paradise

This was our 4th time to the islands, the first time staying on this side. It was perfect for our family to get away from the crowds and have a "family first' vacation. The property itself, really had it all and was clean and comfortable. Close proximity to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla made this location ideal for us. Having been to the island before, we knew that this property was away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts and amenities, so we were fine and stocked up on groceries and BEER before going there to limit our trips to go get anything. If you enjoy having dinner at your own property and not having to drive everywhere than this would be ideal..... and it was great! The only issue we had was that it was windy for a few days prior to us arriving and a couple of the screen doors were damaged preventing us from opening them at night to enjoy the breeze, but that's minor and was pointed out at check in. This property has everything that you need to let yourself totally relax and unwind. Highly recommend and would have no hesitation staying again.

Stunning & perfect for our family

The house was amazing. We loved the location over in the chalk sound. Close to a few less populated but beautiful beaches. 15-20 minute ride into the area of the island with resorts and shopping. The pool, fire pit, and water access into the sound was perfect. Views were unbelievable. Cady was super helpful at checkin and for everything we need during the week. Would definitely come back.

Great spot for 3 couples

We stayed with 2 adult children and partners. The 3 bedrooms, each with private baths, were ideal for us. We cooked in a fair amount. Adequate kitchen. Beautiful view of Chalk Sound.

Awesome time at "Off the Grid" in Turks and Caicos!

This "Off the Grid" VRBO was a perfect location for our group of 3 couples to relax and unwind. The house and accommodations were very nice and clean. The outdoor patio around the pool was a perfect hang out spot throughout the day. We also spent time at the private "beach" area by Chalk sound and did some kayaking and snorkeling in the sound. The setting and privacy of this house was perfect!

Amazing views, property and seclusion, yet just a short drive away from incredible beaches! Just a short ride to Grace Bay, the ferry or any other adventures on the island as well as restaurants. My family enjoyed the pool, swimming out in the sound from the house and just enjoying the gorgeous view! Both the owner and property manager, Cady, were very responsive and easy to work with. My teenage sons unanimously voted this as their favorite VRBO and vacation! I agree!

Beautiful home with stunning view

This is a beautiful home, perfect for a family to stay in comfort. The views and pool are spectacular. The house has every amenity needed. My son and husband really enjoyed the kayak. If you’re seeking privacy away from the tourist crowds, this is a great choice. We drove to Grace Bay every day for activities and the drive is a bit rough. It does not feel short when you’re doing it often. I found the location to be a tad inconvenient for the number of activities we wanted to do. Cady, our host, was very helpful and kind. The one concern I had was over the extra cost of the AC which was not mentioned in the house description except for others’ reviews. We turned the AC off while we were gone and still went over the allotment. This should have been made more clear at the time of booking just to set expectations better. Overall it was a very nice house and we had a great time.

A Serene Getaway with Stunning Views

Although the wind prevented us from using the kayak, we still enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. We used the pool everyday and it was a definite highlight. The house came equipped with everything we needed. Loved having a clean grill too. Cadi was incredibly friendly and gave us a thorough tour upon arrival. We drove into Grace Bay once or twice a day, but the peaceful location of this house was worth it. Plus, being close to Taylor Bay beach was a fantastic bonus! Highly recommend this property for a serene getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying at this VRBO. We stayed here June 2023 and July 2024, so we obviously love it. Things we love about this place: -Private/Secluded location (yet a close car ride to every single thing) -Spacious, clean, well maintained house -Fully stocked kitchen -Great outdoor grill for BBQs -Nice sized pool that you don't have to share with others -Great hammock -Small private "beach" area for swimming and jumping off rocks Something to keep in mind: -It's hard to manage the a/c. You are allotted $150 for the week, but need to be very vigilant during your stay and make sure all rooms have a/c turned off when you are not in them.

Fabulous!

We had an amazing vacation at this property! Our family consists of myself, my husband, our 18 year old twins and our 11 year old son. The property was super clean when we arrived and Cady was there to show us around. She was very friendly and gave us many great tips about the area and answered all our questions. The house had everything we needed and more! The outside was a dream and we spent many hours enjoying the grounds. We probably divided our time 50/50 between staying at the house and engaging in activities around the island. Around the house, we swam in the sound and the pool, sat by the water, kayaked and played games. Around the island we went parasailing, rented jet skiis (highly recommend!) and snorkeled as well as enjoyed island cuisine at several local restaurants. One review mentioned the electricity allotment and were initially concerned that this meant the electricity would be shut off if we went over. This is not the case at all! We simply took a picture of the meter before we left and paid the difference. We did use the air conditioners probably more than average, but we are from the Northeast US and are used to a much cooler environment! Overall, we had an incredible stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and Peaceful

I've been going to Providenciales for 20 years and normally stay on Grace Bay. This was the 1st time we stayed in Chalk Sound and we absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed and the house and very much enjoyed our stay. We plan to come back.

Great place, great time.

Our family of four spent the week at Off the Grid to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. As my five-star rating shows, we have no complaints! Booking was easy, Cady was easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. A few things to note for future guests: - There are some great grocery stores on-island, but they are expensive. There's the Graceway IGA and the Graceway Gourmet, the latter every bit like a US grocer. We brought some dry goods like cereal, crackers, snack bars, etc. It was worth it. - Cady's management company has a tie in with a rent-a-car dealer (name I don't remember). We used Hertz, which was fine, but she can give you a discount code for another agency. Ask in advance. - You get $150 of electricity with your rental. We used this up in two days, altho we were there in the heat of late May. We economized and used less in the last part of the trip. I hope this is helpful to all future visitors. You can't go wrong with this house.

Paradise

Every amenity you need in the perfect paradise. This was our first trip to Turks and we LOVED being down in Chalk Sound away from the bustle of Grace Bay. Right down the road from some amazing food options and pristine beaches PERFECT for young kids. Our 2 year old could walk out for a mile and still be waist deep. We had 2 days where the water outside the property was glass/no wind, and it was so beautiful to be out on the water in the provided kayak. We fit our family of 5 onboard :). We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cady made us feel welcome and gave us all of the best suggestions for the island. Malcom Roads Beach is a hidden gem and a must see. 12 out of 10.

Absolutely loved this home and property. The views were amazing weather you where sitting by the pool or by the ocean. The home was fully stocked with all we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to get away and recharge the soul.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The access to the Sound was great. We were only able to swim/kayak in it two days because of the wind. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The villa has everything you need for your stay - lots of beach towels and bath towels, extra sunscreen and bug spray (you will need the bug spray at night). We went to Taylor Bay - absolutely gorgeous! The villa is about a 25 minute drive to Grace Bay. We went there almost every day because that is where the good restaurants are. I recommend Baci Ristourante, Morgan's Reef, Hemmingways and Shay Cafe. Las Brisas and Chaulkies were also good and they were close to the Villa. We did a three hour boat tour with Silly Creek Adventures. It was super fun and informative. If we returned to Turks and Caicos we would stay here again.

A little piece of Paradise

Off the Grid Villa is genuinely one of the most beautiful, perfect, incredible, quiet and beautiful (has to be said twice) places I have ever stayed. 10 days wasn't long enough, we all wish we could have stayed and didn't want to leave. Here are my thoughts on this slice of heaven. 1: The view of Chalk Sound is perfect; from the deck, you can see the right amount of excellent chalky bright blue water. 2: Chalk Sound is now one of my favorite places. The water is perfect temp, excellent for snorkeling, and you can sit in it all day, and we did. 3: The hosts are amazing people and worked with us the entire time. Cady is a wonderful woman; she checked in on us a few times to ensure we had a great stay. 4: One of our worries in Turks and Caicos was crime; we spent ten days there and never felt we needed to worry about anything. The people are lovely, friendly, and always helpful. 5: The house had everything we needed, from towels to chairs, movies, games (you must check out the game Florida Man, its hilarious), the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, BBQ was good. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and I wanted to buy it from the owners. The only thing it needs is a decent blender; that is the only thing we could find that it needed. 6: The pool is great but we spent most of our time in the sound. We rented kayaks and explored the sound. We are already planning our trip back later this year. We fell in love with Turks and Caicos and Off the Grid Villa.

Incredible Villa!

There's literally nothing to complain about. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself is simply incredible. There's so much to do when you walk out the back door like swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking in the sound, or laying in the hammock under the palm trees, or playing in the pool. In all of our travels, this is one of our most favorite rentals ever!
