Holvikatot kauttaaltaan. Päämakuuhuone kylpyhuoneella (kylpyamme suihkulla, pesuallas ja wc), neljä julistetta king-size-vuodetta, jossa on muistivaahtopatja ja korkea kierre - 100% puuvillaa. This property is even BETTER than the VRBO listing! The pictures do not do it justice! Our family of 4 stayed 8 nights and we absolutely loved it! Everything was top-notch. First, the location is super-secure and private. It is in a gated community with a guard at the entrance and the property itself has its own gate. Next, the location is centrally located yet very near the white sand beaches that are perfect for swimming. They say it's a 5 minute walk to the beach but it's less than that, literally about 300 yards from the water! Hop in the car and you are less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, gift shops, bakery and our favorite, ice cream shop! Lastly, I have to mention some details about the property. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and is perfect to give a bit of added private "water time" for mornings and evenings. The home is very roomy and the beds are super comfortable. A/C throughout although we did not need to use it due to great fans & air flow throughout.We loved this place and will absolutely book it again on our next visit to the beautiful island of Providenciales!

Our stay at the Hummingbird Villa exceeded our expectations. We would stay there again. The location was peaceful, private, and close to a quiet beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill functioned well. The screened porch was perfect for outdoor dining. The slatted plantation-type shutters on screened windows enabled easy flow of air. We did not turn on the A/C the entire time and my wife prefers to sleep in a colder room. The pool was perfect for lazy lounging.

Overall, the house was clean. Conveniently a easy walk to Pelican Beach. Which we enjoyed. Had some trouble with tub faucet in master bedroom. They came fixed it right away. Had a leak under sink in the other room and they came fixed it right away. It leaked again a couple of days later, though. The couches was not comfortable to seat in. Overall, set up of house was great.

Hummingbird lane was everything we hoped and more! Perfect spot for our small family - my son loved the pool and easy walk to a beautiful quiet beach, while still only a short drive to grace bay and restaurants etc. Lots of space and privacy which we loved and appreciated. Hosts were very responsive, the home was clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful trip - hope to return soon!

The host was very welcoming and made the trip extremely memorable. The property itself is beautiful, with just about everything you'd need on site (cooking utensils, beach gear, coolers, beach chairs, etc.). The pool was also very spacious with sufficient lighting allowing guests to take advantage of the private pool at all hours of the day/night. Lastly, the location was perfect as it was centrally located, yet private enough to be just far away enough from the tourist central area of Grace Bay. With that said, it was still only a 10 minute to drive to get to most places, including Downtown Grace Bay, which was a short 5-6 minute drive. Also, the residence is located in a gated/monitored community, allowing for peace of mind when coming in and out of the settlement/community. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private yet centrally located Villa that is spacious and very well equipped.

Had some good perks but overall disappointed with my stay. Would not stay again if I’m ever back in Turks.Pros:Location - was close to the night life like Aziza and the casino. It was also close to the marina which made getting to Noah’s Ark easy on Sunday.Neighborhood felt safe.CONS:Pool was dirty and filled with bugs. There did seem to be a filter in the water but did not notice it actually assisting with cleaning. I can say that one day we went out there and It did look clearer but we decided not to use it. BUGS! A lot of small bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. We did not even cook at the property and they were still flooding the kitchen. There was a trail of them on the wall going to the kitchen counter so they definitely need to do something about the pests!Power and water went out one day for most of the day during our stay. The property manager ended up coming and we told him we would be leaving to stay at another property so we could shower and change. We were sweaty and dirty from being beach bums that day so having no water was a big inconvenience. There was a power outage so this was not the property managers fault but I expected to be compensated for having to stay at another property but he ghosted me. Still have not heard back from them even though we have checked out.I got VRBO support involved who reviewed our messages and confirmed what I was saying was true and they have been trying to call and him them but they can not reach them.

The photos from this rental are very outdated.This house needs some maintenance and care.The furniture is ripped, clutter and "stuff" everywhere, screens are in terrible shape so little bugs get in (we were constantly getting bit), bugs everywhere, pool chipped, refridgerator needed cleaning (dirty and filled with old condiments and sugar), bathrooms need some upgrading or repairs. nice table on the back porch but the screened in porch is full of beach & cleaning supplies so it stinks.Ceiling fans were disgusting. Dryer listed did not work.Overall very disappointing.
The refridgerator when we arrived...smelled and needed wiping down.

Charming house near peaceful beach

This home was great for our family of 3 for our 9 day stay - comfortable, walk to Pelican beach, and secluded. In a quiet neighborhood but easy drive into town. Comfortable beds, great back yard with pool, and well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location but needs some updates

Great location in Leeward and 5 min walk to Pelican Beach. Beds were comfortable. Very private gated property. Photos of the inside are from another time. Living area furniture could use some updating. Kitchen could use my new dishes

Overall a nice stay. Had everything we needed, appreciated the a/c in the bedrooms given the 113 degree temperature. Great location, away from busy roads, but close to beach only 2 minute walk to the beautiful water. Property manager's were delightful.

Amazing location/beautiful home

We went with another couple, and we cannot say enough great things about our experience. The check in was so easy and the home owners were very responsive. The location of the safe villa was outstanding, a 4 minute walk to the beach, we visiting multiple beaches on our stay and kept coming back to the one closest to the villa as it was the BEST!! The pool was clean and well taken care of. The home was extremely clean. The air conditioners in the bedrooms kept the rooms so cool for sleeping, had the best night sleep after a long hot day. We needed to contact the owners during our stay for a minor issue and they responded immediately and had it fixed within an hour. They had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and lots of beach towels. All the photos do not do the property justice. Amazing!I can’t give enough stars for this property. We will definitely be back and will choose this property again.

Beautiful home, amazing pool and perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the short walk each day to the beach for early morning walks. The pool was really relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed reading beside it each day as our kids swam. The house is so close to wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend!
