The Space:
Step inside our palatial 3,800 sqft villa, designed with a blend of modernity and coastal aesthetics. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a splendid open-plan living space that gets lots of natural light. The living room features a comfy sofa and a 55” Smart TV for enjoyable downtime moments together. The sofa opens to a double bed for flexible sleep space if needed.

With a fully equipped kitchen and high-end appliances, you can prepare any meal at home and enjoy it at the nearby dining table or breakfast bar.

There are 3 thoughtfully designed king-bedroom suites with rainfall showers and 49” Smart TVs to accommodate 6 guests. There is one on the main level with amazing garden views. The other two are upstairs with a private balcony and amazing ocean and sunset views!

Enjoy the outdoors with a private pool, sun deck and patio area submerged in a tropical setting. It will be like your very own personal paradise. There are sun loungers, a covered dining and patio area, a swing love nest and hammock and a BBQ grill for barbecue nights at sunset. Grab your cocktail and head up to any of the wrap-around balconies to catch the alluring sunset sky!

We also offer extras like concierge service, private chef, massages, and excursions.

You’ll be situated steps from Long Bay Beach with incredible scenic views and white powdery sand stretching 3 miles among the shades of blue crystal clear Caribbean water. It’s a perfect spot for kids or non-swimmers as there’s a shallow entrance and a depth of no more than 6 feet up to a mile out. Perfect for wading or swimming and famous for kiteboarding as well as horseback riding.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
The Villa is located in the Long Bay Community on Long Bay Beach drive. This area is famous for High end Villas and Luxury Home. Its a Kite boarder Paradise with the beach in front only 1 - 5 feet deep for approximately 200 meter out. Breath taking Views! Horse back riding a block away and only five min from the Grace Bay area. I love it and I know you will.....

Getting Around:
Taxi's on Island are very expensive, however scooters and bicycles are available for rental.

Other Things to Note:
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper; some cleaning supplies, such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and some welcome snacks and a few bottles of water. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

The nightly rate is for 6 guests, but can sleep 8 max. Any guest over 6 is $65+tax/night/person.

Electricity is included up to 350 kW per week (prorated if < or > 7 days). Any extra usage is $0.75/kW. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out to determine if there’s any overage.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $450 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unauthorized guests or guest overage comes with a fee of $65 per night per person, plus 12% government tax.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No diving and absolutely no jumping off the balcony into the pool. We will not be held responsible for any injury.
- Please remove garbage to receptacles outdoors prior to check-out.
Please note: The property is home to the owners who live there year-round. While we prioritize guest privacy, you may occasionally see the owners, but they will not disrupt your stay in any way.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone will greet you upon arrival to check you in and show you around. From there, you’ll have complete privacy. Just know we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
