Perfectly situated right on the beach

The condo is perfectly situated on the widest stretch of Grace Bay beach, walking distance (either down the beach or on the road) to everything. Condo is clean and well stocked. 3 bedrooms are separated from each other which was perfect for our all-adult family vacation. 5th stay on Grace Bay beach but first at this condo--we will be back.

the condo was very nice and comfortable. We were six adults, for the future I think you need to supply more towels for the beach and showers. If you replace the ripped couch on the terrace, I think the condo would show nicely. We had a great 5 days!

Wonderful vacation stay!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at the Grandview. The condo was very spacious and the location is perfect. We never had to worry about chairs at the pool or beach like we did at other resorts. This place is really a quiet, hidden gem on beautiful Grace Bay! Caroline was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We hope to return!

We have been to T&C many times over the past years, but this was definitely the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at! The condo was spacious and contained everything one would need. We loved the property. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed access to bikes, kayak and SUPs. Grace Bay is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Carolyn was so responsive to all of our questions and helped us find a driving service to get around the island. I would highly recommend the Grandview and would stay there again.

PERFECTION!

Stunning accommodations! Very quiet and private; great location! Caroline and her family are so kind and hospitable! They make you feel welcome and comfortable. A couple of our favorite restaurants were Caribbean Element, CoCo Bistro and Magnolia Restaurant. Good American style breakfast next door at Pelican's.
