This is you sign to book Ritz. Everything was perfect, the beach is a DREAM , we dont even look the pool , the beach is a giant pool. The sunset is stunning, and the service was great. The food was amazing inside and outside the hotel. The island is no overpriced as people said , i mean i live in Miami, so the price are the same.

Compared to other Ritz-Carlton resorts, this location is smaller but that lends to such a unique and relaxing experience. You don’t ever have to compete for beach or pool chairs and the location can’t be beat as the resort is on Grace Bay and there are so many food options within a quick walking distance. The staff and service was impeccable and I had the time of my life with my family here. I’d so back in a heartbeat.

Definitely this hotel does not meet the standards of the Ritz! They dont know what a good service is. The beach is beautiful, but you cant even ask for water if you are there. Really bad service! At the restaurants, at the beach, they never answer on the front desk. Very bad experience specially being a Ritz!
