The place is very big and modern. Suba took good care of us and was overall an amazing host. Lots of equipment provided for the beach. We loved it.

The unit was very nice and well appointed. For other future guests, there are small stairs in the unit that were hard to get used to, and the stairs outside were a little steep. Also it would have been nice to have some more towel racks. I think other than that, everything was great. The location was easy to get to a lot of beaches and restaurants with a rental car.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo, area is a short drive from beaches in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nice shared pool in community. Definitely need a car in this area as it is not within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Grocery store is a short drive away. Host was friendly and accommodating. Unit was quiet, located on the ground level of a 2 story unitaccessed by stairs. Having a washer and dryer was convenient as I was traveling with children. The only things I would mention is that one bedroom had a queen size bed, not 2 king size beds as mentioned in the description. Water pressure was not great in the showers. Other than that, the unit is well appointed and a great option for lodging if you’re looking for a more affordable way to see Provo than hotels.

The most disappointing aspect of this stay was the host's communication. CONS: • Pre-Arrival Silence: I reached out to the host more than a week prior to our scheduled arrival and received zero response. This left us completely unsure of entry procedures or what to expect upon arrival, causing unnecessary stress. • Improper Contact on Arrival: On the day of check-in, the host finally reached out, but they did not contact me—the person who actually booked and paid for the reservation. Instead, they reached out to another person in my party who had only previously inquired about the property. This is a significant lapse in communication and should be flagged as a security risk, as the host failed to communicate through the official booking channel or with the named reservation holder. I never heard from the host before, during, or after our stay. • Laundry Facilities: The washer/dryer unit is a shared unit and is located outside of the home, which was not made clear. Furthermore, the washer was broken (which we were only informed of by a maintenance man on site), and someone else’s laundry was left sitting in the dryer. • Linens: Several of the provided towels and washcloths were noticeably stained. PROS: • Aesthetics: The unit is modern and aesthetically pleasing. • Cleanliness: Apart from the linen issue, the unit was mostly clean upon arrival. • Logistics: The property was fairly easy to locate, and accessible parking was available. .

The place was super clean and included all amenities we would hope for (beach towels, umbrella, chairs, toiletries, fully furnished kitchen). Has private parking. Great central location. We had a rental car and easily got to all places.
