The hotel atmosphere is amazing especially as we were in town for the BYU football game. The hotel offers many amenities. Our room was spacious and appeared clean on the surface. Unfortunately the person in our party who slept on the couch had an encounter with bed bugs. We stayed in room 258.

Parking was why the facility was rated lower. Free Parking is not included. Larger vehicles made the already cramped parking structure almost impossible to pass through. Larger vehicles parked at the ends made it so you had to drive over the curb.
