The property hasn’t been upgraded since the founding of the city back a couple of centuries ago. Otherwise good quality/price and good location.

Overall, for the price, which was about the cheapest in all of northern Utah county, it was about what I was expecting. Generally, you get what you pay for, and was the case here. I don't think it's wise to gripe and compare this hotel with others that cost more. I would choose to stay here again if needed.

My wife woke up with bites and captured a bug on her pillow. We saved it and killed it in alcohol. Not an entomologist, but sure looks like a bedbug. Now trying to disinfect our belongings. Thank you Royal Inn! Also ice machine is dead and no real interest in that from the staff. Price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I have the bug and a picture in case anyone is interested.

Outdated but clean. It passed my stingent 14 point bedbug and bodily fluid ultaviolet inspection. A very quiet area of town, I felt safe. We all know whats most important after bedbug and safety check.....WI FI. WIFI was robust and easy to connect. Thanks!
