Holiday Home Sunset Hill is located in Pržno, in Budva. Our beautiful house is located just 7 minutes walk from the beach and all attractions.
The house of 100 m2 is equipped with all the necessary elements to make you feel at home.
Imagine opening the shutters every morning and taking in the expansive views of the sea and lounging in the tranquil outdoor living space.
Our beautiful house contains: living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and a large yard that is intended only for our guests. From the terrace there is a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The living room is equipped with modern and new furniture, so that you can sit comfortably and enjoy the sea view that leaves no one indifferent.
The bedrooms are comfortable and tinted with beautiful soothing tones. Both rooms have large comfortable double beds.
The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary elements, to easily prepare your favorite food.
In the dining room you have the opportunity to use a table and chairs for sitting, where you can sit comfortably and enjoy a prepared meal.

The Przno beach is just 7 minutes walk down the street . Beach chairs and sun umbrellas can be rented either on the public beach or on the Hotel Maestral beach.
