Our room (Cielo) did not have enough water pressure, no closet and/or drawers for cloths. Does not make any sense the tub location, it will Be better if you take it out and build a “real” small closet there. Bathroom sometimes has unplacent odor. We didn’t use the pool, but looked so serene. Free breakfast was really good, an actual meal! Super clean. Some reviews have said it’s musty and no air, we were in the agave room and that mini split air conditioner worked really well, a little too well lol!! Bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful and gave us all sorts of tips on what to see and where to eat - if we are in this part of Mexico again, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff is absolutely great, professional and kind. The hotel and room were beautiful. Unfortunately the power went out 3 different days, and the water one. There are no refrigerators in the room or hair dryers. Also, no heat. I asked for a portable heater for my room and they don’t have any. As beautiful as it was I need to be warm at night in the winter and reliable electricity.

I have stayed here a few times now and it’s my favorite place to go it’s clean and quiet and very nice but the one thing that makes me return is the staff from the front desk and the restaurant but every time I go Paola helps me and goes above and beyond to help out especially since I have kids I definitely will return
