Excellent location 5 min walk to Zocalo Great staff Room size good Plenty of water Great buffet Couple tv channels in English Fair price But No safe box in room Lobby of hotel and corridors with very low lighting I had to active card in lobby to open room every single time I got into the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location in the center of Puebla. The facilities are old. The room was dirty and did not smell nice. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard. The rooftop was closed and looked absolutely horrendous. Don’t trust the photos, and don’t stay here

Excellent for 21 days. Room cleaned well daily great location and restaurant above average. Left my passport and money in safe after checkout. Front desk held it for me and nothing missing. Enjoyed church bells and close location to Zocalo while I did a 3 week language school

Standard commercial chain hotel. I had mistakenly booked for only 1 adult but the check in noted this but corrected my mistake quickly and reassigned us a room. Breakfast was lovely, wide ranging and served until a decent time. Bathroom needed a little TLC in terms of facilities and cleanliness. Great location though so would recommend for that alone.

NH Puebla Centro Histórico was the perfect place for our 5-day stay in Puebla. The location is unbeatable, everything was within walking distance. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere made it a great experience for my wife and kids. If we come back to Puebla, we’re definitely staying here again.
