La atención del personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Habitacion limpia. Desayuno muy rico. Staff always there to help you. Breakfast fantastic. Room clean. It's located a few blocks from the Malecon, uphill but you can always get a taxi for a cheap flat fee

The staff was great, transport to and from the airport/dock was great. They did our laundry for a small fee. Breakfast was excellent. This place grows on you the longer you stay. There is no TV but that was ok.

Had a good experience here. The property was very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lots of cats around the hotel which was a bonus. Would have been nice to have television. There was one but no cable or remote. Wifi wasn’t very good. Would stay again though.

The owner was friendly and accommodating! We only stayed one night but the room was clean and there was hot water for showers! It’s writhing walking distance of the boardwalk/restaurants and bars. Lots of cats around which I enjoyed but if you’re allergic, I’d take heed!

Property was good, staff was excellent, few concerns were no hot water at 6:30 am, room was a bit tiny & too many cats roaming around. Also the hotel is not walkable to the pier or most of the restaurants, but taxis r only $2 per ride. Host lady was exceptionally good, she made our breakfast available before time so v made it to 7 am excursion.

Good

Hotel is ok overall but needs some updating. Jacuzzi and TV are offered but none are working. No hair dryer. Host was ni e but was a little bit hars sometimes. If you are alergic to cats this is not for you as the ha e 4-5 in the property that rest anywhere (my son had a blast though as they were super friendly) it's 15 minutes away from port and restaurantes but it's nice and quiet at night.

It’s a nice place and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast is a 10 out of 10. It’s a 10 of a walk to the town. Taxis are readily available for $2. I would stay there again.

I am looking for a refund as I checked out within a few hours of checking in. The property was not as advertised. The ad made it look as if there were private bathrooms in the room. That was not the case. There was a large locked metal gate that took several minutes for anyone to answer. I bought the travel insurance and would like to be refunded

Harry was a fantastic host, very attentive and really helped us make the most of our time in San Cristobal. Our son loved the cats in the property. We enjoyed a fairly quick walk to town. We also enjoyed breakfast.

Not recommended. I booked this place on reviews, but then was sorely disappointed. Noisy, disruptive, and not peaceful. They push two twins together and call it a king. Definitely not worth $100 per night I paid.

Really great hostel with amazing shared spaces, huge included bfast (continental plus! Omelet and empanada), super kind host. Not super close to town bust just a 15-min walk or $2 taxi.
