Nice place

The apartment is spacious and has a nice view to both the sea and Mt Teide. It was great enjoying the stars during the night and the view during the day. Our balcony had a table and chairs. The pool area is great with beautiful plants well tended to. Lots of space and never too crowded. The water in the pool was not heated but we found it refreshing. The area is nice and calm, a bit outside of center. It is good to know that walking to and from center, restaurants and shops takes a while and is steep if you don’t want to take a taxi. Internet was good in the apartment. No problems during almost 2 months of remote working. At the pool area the coverage was not great but okay. The double bed was very comfortable. The possibility to use the shared laundry machine was good, but needs a reservation system. Somedays it was in use the whole day so we could no use it. We are grateful for the weekly cleaning included. We enjoyed our stay. The best parts were the view, the pool area and the quick responses to our questions from the owner. Since we stayed for a longer time we would have liked a dishwasher in the kitchen and some shelves both in the kitchen and the bathroom to store things.

Excellent all round.

The property was very spacious, clean and well equipped to cook full meals. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It was a quiet neighbourhood with parking outside the gate. There are shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and it is possible to walk down into the main town and harbour area too. There were store cupboard ingredients, as well as shower gel, washing up liquid and beach towels. The cleaning staff worked very hard to clear up the pool area after the sand/wind storm, leaving the area very tidy the next day. Andres was easy to keep in contact with, and the directions and check in process caused no problems. We are already thinking about booking again next year!

Good size property with all the amenities you are likely to need. Within 20 mins walk of Loro Park and the Botanical Gardens. Views of town one way and Teide the other. Lovely local cafe at the top of the road and loads of others in the main town.

Günstige Ferienwohnung in PDLC

Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind groß genug und es fehlt nichts. Alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann. In den Schlafzimmern sind die Betten etwas klein geraten und leider etwas zu hart.Zudem hat die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage. Bad und WC sind innenliegend ohne Fenster. Somit ist kein richtiges Lüften möglich, nach der Dusche. Zudem ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool und das Drumherum ist jedoch sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Zusammengefasst: Wer auf etwas Komfort verzichten kann, ist hier genau richtig. Preis/Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der wöchentliche Reinigungsservice mit Handtücher- und Bettwäschewechsel ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool hat gutes Wasser und sehr sauber. Die Besitzerfamilie ist hilfsbereit und per email immer erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem.

Fantastyczne miejsce

Zadbany, przestrony apartament w spokojnej okolicy z dala od zgiełku miasta, chociaż nie na tyle daleko, żeby nie dało się pójść na wieczorny spacer do centrum. Z powrotem, jeśli ktoś nie lubi wchodzenia pod górę ;), można wrócić autobusem lub taksówką. Czysty basen z przepięknym widokiem. Dostępne miejsca parkingowe przy samym wejściu do obiektu, co na Teneryfie akurat nie jest bez znaczenia.

Emplacement ideal pour découvrir le nord de l ile. Le logement est situé au calme sur les hauteurs de Puerto a 20mn du centre a pied. Cest en montée au retour.

Ruhige Basis mit traumhaftem Blick

Das Appartement bietet genug Platz und Ausstattung, um sich als Familie wohl zu fühlen. Die Betten sind sauber und bequem. Bei Fragen ist jemand vor Ort zuständig und ansprechbar. Es ist möglich zu Fuß die Stadtstrände zu erreichen, doch der Rückweg wird beschwerlich aufgrund des Höhenunterschiedes. Es lohnt auf jeden Fall ein Auto zu mieten. Man kommt sehr schnell in die Stadt hinunter oder zu den Stadtstränden. Außerdem kann man die Insel und die verschiedenen Strände mit dem Auto erkunden. Meistens war es kein Problem, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind extrem vielfältig.

Excellent séjour

Petite propriété charmante avec quelques appartements. Jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Jolie vue sur la mer. Petite précision: le lit n'est pas 200*200 mais 160*200 avec ressorts. Insonorisation mauvaise entre les apparts mais les voisins étaient calmes donc pas de soucis. Quelques remontées d'odeur dans les salles de bain. Rue et quartier très agréables, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Puerto de la cruz. Accès route périphérique très rapide, pratique pour partir visiter l'île. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y reviendrons sans hésiter!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben 4 Wochen in einer schönen Ferienwohnung mit einer Terrasse verbracht. In der war alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir fanden die zweite Toilette super. Der Reinigungsservice, von Vermieter organisiert, war zuverlässig und sehr gründlich. Wir benötigten einen Wäschetrockner und dieser wurde uns promt geliefert. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden.

great swimming pool but small balcony

The appartment is big enough and very clean, as well as the pool that our daughters particurlarly appreciated, but the balcony was smaller than expected and the appartment quite poorly equiped (very few flatware for instance). The surroundings are quiet but it is quite a long walk from the center, especially to come back when you climb up. Well situated to visit the north of Tenerife.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung (fehlende Gardinen usw.) hat etwas von einer asylunterkunft. Schade da könnte man mehr draus machen. Der Service für den Bett und Handtuch wechsel ist super.

Valoración estancia

Hemos estado agusto, zona tranquila y cerca del centro. El contacto con el propietario ha sido inexistente ya que ni le hemos visto. Las mayores deficiencias son: Una lavadora para 10 apartamentos Una mini nevera ridícula en la cual no cabe ni con mucho la comida de una familia y que además el congelador no congela. Y por último unas camas que son una pesadilla.
