None of the other rooms did They have robes for use and plenty of pool towels Always received wash rages and towels in the room no shortage Amazing bar upstairs in the lobby w great mixologist bartenders Cons The switch your first floor swim up to a 4th floor swim up w/o asking. They only give you one dinner reservation for the 2 restaurants. The 6-8pm dinner reservations are reserved for people who buy into their prestige club. So you have to eat at 8:30-9;30pm We were approached 6 times by the concierge to meet about the club No soap. Only body wash No beach at all whatsoever. The steps are washed away, but even at low tide there’s no sand to walk on.

I had an amazing stay at Margaritaville Island Reserve Cancun! Everything was very nice and exceptionally clean. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—they took the time to introduce everything and made sure everyone felt involved in the activities. One of the highlights was the 24/7 room service, offering a great selection of food anytime you need it. The coffee shop was also excellent, serving high-quality coffee and treats. However, even though the resort is beachfront, there is no direct access to the sea, as it’s not located by the crystal-clear waters of Cancun. Because of this, we took a day trip to the Cancun Hotel Zone to enjoy the beach there. On the plus side, the resort offers plenty of activities, and there are many tour options available at the front desk. Booking restaurants within the resort was also easy and convenient. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, food, and amenities—just keep in mind the beach access limitation!

The resort is cute. Most of the staff are nice. My room was kept clean, housekeeping did a great job. I wish there was beach access, or local things to see/do that didnt require catching a ride. The food was bland, in my opinion. Overall, 4/5.

You need to update your website to mention that the beach is GONE and when you expect it to be repaired its VERY deceiving that it isn’t available and that is one of the things I look for in a Great resort and you have NONE, also the pool chairs is an issue that I have to wake up at 2am to reserve a chair close to the pool it should be a shared spot and when you check in you are slotted for a certain day or two rather than the same people for a week hogging them

The property is beautiful. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food was OK the licorice selection at the pool bars were very limited sometimes but the bartenders tried to accommodate. Yes the place is called Margaritaville and margaritas are your number one drink so let’s stock extra tequila Blanco let’s not run out of tequila Blanco. Service was very detailed and sometimes a little much. I answered the phone more in four days then four years at home except the last morning when I guess they were done providing service because I ordered room service and they didn’t bring it up. Hey maybe next time. It was still a nice stay at an all inclusive.

This was a fantastic stay for my husband and I. The resort is small, clean, and great for a relaxing few days. The only downside is no real beach. Staff was always great. Options for a slightly more active scene at the main pool right on the water- or more relaxing and even quieter at the secondary pool. Food was good. Lunch tacos were superb.
