Octavia was on time delivering check-in information. Gilberto the property manager did well responding to our needs. Propane tank should be checked before tenant’s arrival.Supplied bicycles are a nice feature, but should be looked over for maintenance issues. Too many trips to Pepe’s repair shop. Additional shelving for long term tenants dry food storage should be addressed. Additional sheets & pillowcases also be appropriate.Overall, even with a few hiccups, our stay was pleasant.Would recommend renting.Thank you.

The property was very accessible and comfortable. It actually exceeded our expectations. It was a bonus to have access to 2 bicycles and a washing machine. The grounds of the development are well-maintained and the pool was very enjoyable. We took the collectivo (just a short walk) several times - it goes right to the beach area so very handy. Excellent stay and would recommend.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean and well decorated, the host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The amenities at the pool were great, plenty of chairs and sun umbrellas for everyone, and the other guests were friendly and willing to give suggestions on different local areas to visit. I definitely give this host 10/10.

Nice stay

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is very new, well equipped and clean. All rooms have air condition, the pool area is very nice also for small kids. Just be aware that the apartment ist not directly in Puerto Morelos as shown in the map but in selva escondida. We liked it very much and recommend the apartment.
