We just returned from our stay at Ventas Ha. It was absolutely perfect. Don’t let the fact that you’re not ocean front steer you away from this property. Having the amenities of all 3 resorts was a huge bonus.

Not as good as our first visit. Towel game was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Tipping did not gain us anything. Butler was non existent. Server at Sea Food restaurant (bald guy) was awful and rude, even when the facility was having electrical issues and backed up toilets. We could have overlooked a lot had the service been nicer.

This property is very clean and constantly being maintained by the numerous workers. Having 3 resorts in one gives you a great choice of restaurants and pools to choose from. Breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent. The main pool at the Marina had lots of activities and kept you well entertained. Would highly recommend the accommodation at the Ventus Ha, with great size rooms and roof top bars. Overall, an excellent experience and only 20-minute ride from the Cancun airport to the resort.

The property is beautiful. We had an amazing time . So many different pool Options . Something for everyone . Some more quiet , some with a lot of activities. Food was fabulous! Difficult to get reservations though for all the amazing restaurants they offer. We mostly went to buffet and that was great too , lots of variety and tasted so good! Beach is not great . But didn’t really bother us because the resort is amazing ,

This is the newest resort on a (3) resort compound. Because it's the newer one it is more modern. It's a jungle type felling with 2 gorgeous pools and huge jacuzzi. However, you do have to walk across the street to access the other (2) resorts. It is very safe & they do have golf carts to take you but very unlikely you will catch a ride. They are always busy doing errands. Either way it's a short 3 minute walk. The good thing is that you get 3 resorts for the price of 1. And ALL 3 are wonderful. With actual good food in their buffets & restaurants.
