On the Beach, sit back and enjoy the best view that Sandy Beach has to offer from the luxury and privacy of the Penthouse 11th floor. Watch the boats at the Old Port, gaze down at the resort water slide, lazy river and pools, watch the kids enjoying the beach, or just kick back to the sights and sounds of the waves.

Our beautifully decorated condominium in Phase 1, in the Cristal building, includes nearly 1,800 square feet of living space and includes a balcony with access from both the front bedrooms and the central living area. The front rooms all have glass doors with views to the Port. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for cooking including spices and blender, microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator with purified water and ice dispenser. Full size washer & dryer! Ground floor gas BBQ grills are available.

Our condo provides many amenities including TVs in all bedrooms, master bedroom includes a king bed with luxury mattress, shower and separate tub. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed with luxury mattress. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

There is a 42 inch LG television in the living room with digital satellite TV. Phone & FREE in-room WIFI & throughout the resort. Enjoy sipping margaritas at the large table or choose one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the patio. The condominiums that are higher up at Las Palomas are much quieter, private, and secure than the lower units.

This is a certified rental pool condo. A maximum of 6 adults plus two children 10 and under are allowed in this condo, per resort policy. The extra adult fee is $30. per night. An additional child under the age of 3 is permitted for free.

WARNING, NEW RULES EFFECTIVE 4/1/2014: All rentals at Las Palomas MUST go through the official rental pool. Although each unit is individually owned, Las Palomas controls the rates. If another owner is stating that they will send your keys, book you as an owner, guest of owner, or offering rates less than we are quoting, you will be renting illegally. Security at the main gate and front desk has been instructed to deny entry. The unit you may be renting under the table will have restricted services which may include no phone, cable, maid service, no pool and common area access, and other features you would expect. You can also be assured that the quality of the illegal unit, it’s furnishings, accessories, bedding, electronics, etc. will not have met Las Palomas minimum standards for the resort approved and managed rental pool. It’s supposed to be a vacation, not a nightmare. Only rent through a legitimate owner that is following the rules.

This by far exceeded my expectations! The resort is clean and alot of areas to sit. My only complaint is the pool hours- they need to keep it open later and open earlier. The penthouse was very clean, comfy beds, and lots of space. Pics online are accurate!

This is our annual Christmas trip and first time to Rocky Point. We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, and the resort staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this unit for or the views and access to pool/beach.

Weekend friends trip

Perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. Everyone was happy with the condo. We enjoyed the large table on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there overlooking the ocean. We stayed on the property the whole time and enjoyed the swim up bar. The gym was well equipped and the breakfast buffet was perfect for after our workouts.

Great Condo

This is our 2nd time in the condo. Checking in and out is quick. Great size for 6 of us. View is awesome and there are plenty of things to do for everyone. Tip get the tamales each morning from the lady on the beach, you will not be disappointed. We will be back again.

Julie's condo has it all ! The views are gorgeous, condo immaculate, well stocked kitchen, quiet location. My husband and two children spent 3 fabulous days and felt so at home, we were just minutes away from the clean beautiful waters ! We can not wait to go back ! Julie thank you soooo much for re-assuring us that the media just blows everything out of proprtion, we felt 110% safe traveling to Rocky Point, and the people are so helpful and nice.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Kitchen and bathroom were all updated and modern. The views and balance were gorgeous! The balcony was huge. The only little critique we had was the master bath has a Sulphur smell that comes from the pipes. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay. The owner was very responsive with her communication before and during our stay.

Beautiful Condo

The Condo was excellent .. Resort was nice.. Food was great ..the cleaning service was excellent..... we enjoyed the beach, pools, quad riding, bars near resort like ship wrecked bar. The malecón which was about ten minute drive and popular was ok reminded me of a flea market not too impressed. Every ten steps we walked in town we were approached with sellers. I was a bit upset checking in because I was told my stay there was not paid for when I had booked and paid through Vrbo luckily I took copies handed them over along we go to condo when 15 minutes later a knock at the door from Jacob telling me I had to go to check in and repay that it would be much cheaper than what I paid through vrbo and that vrbo would give me a refund ..... I’m not sure what he was thinking cuz I’m not stupid I called vrbo right away and they handled it within 5 minutes. I felt as they where trying hard to make more $$ off us. As we checked out an hour later I get an email that I was being charged die to henna temporary tattoo staining sheets and they mentioned they gave me a discount because it would have been a lot more. And I hope the ladies who cleaned our condo daily did get the tip we left for them .
