casa Ensueño is a new luxury Five bedroom, three-bath OceanView home 3 miles away from the main city located in Costa Diamante/Sandy Beach, the house is a small walk away to the sandy beach ( 150 m ). The master beachfront suite has a queen bed, private patio The second bedroom is a suite with a queen bed. The third bedroom, has a queen bed and a twin and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed the 5th bedroom is a queen bed. The living, dining and cooking area is very large and open. The living room has a beautiful boveda ceiling, Satellite flat screen 40 inch TV There is a large eating and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation area. Other amenities include gorgeous granite countertops throughout the house, a large beachside patio with furniture, fans throughout, a propane barbeque , two car garage, WiFi (Wireless Internet), plus additional access to the new community pool and Jacuzzi in Costa Diamante, Sheets and towels are provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and small Pets will allow. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 3 night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. The owner allows 3 more extra guests $50 Dallas for each person . After the 12 adults if an extra person fee is paid upon arrival to my cleaning lady,HOA will allow razor but no trailer. you have to off load it before you enter to the community and you have to park the trailer on a diferente park there is a parking spot 1/2 mile from the house if you want more information about it please let me know or ask the guard gate will let you know thanks

Home away from Home

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. And once again it did not disappoint! It was clean and very spacious for our group of 12 and plenty of space for everyone. The pool is literally in the back yard and is huge! We had no issues and no problems what so ever. The beach is a two minute walk and there are some beach chairs in the garage to make it easy. This home us definitely our favorite in PP and can’t wait to return.

Great Vacation Home/ Needs some updates

We really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this exact private community 5 times already and this was our 3 time renting this house. The private community: amazing, very clean and well taken care of. The beach: very sandy! No rocks so you’ll be able to get a good swim comfortably! The house: really big and it’s right in front of the pool. One thing i do want to mention…the mattress on the bedroom next to the bathroom downstairs and bunk bed upstairs. We have stayed here 3 times already (2018,2019 and 2023) and those mattress need some serious upgrades asap. They’re very uncomfortable; there’s no cushion just metal springs. There’s TVs inside each bedroom, but none of them have a control remote so they pretty much don’t work (in case you want to watch tv). Everything is else is good! You wont regret booking this house!

My friends and I stayed at the property for a weekend. The location was great, double security to get to the property and a short walk to the beach. The property was also much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I did have some trouble getting entry information from the host, however the day before the trip he did finally get it over to me!

Property owners need to update the grills as not be of the outdoor grills work.
