Vacation home located within 10 minutes from the Malecon and restaurants of charming downtown Rocky Point. You will enjoy stunning sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and beautiful beaches, Located on the 2nd row 2 minute walk away from the beach. This luxury house is fully equipped with a charcoal built in BBQs on 2nd floor (terraza) where you will enjoy the beautiful sunset, And a 2nd propane bbq grill for back patio and nice patio set.

This vacation home is in a secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards. with a 4 car garage and 2 extra parking spots on front of garage with washer and dryer available for your use.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed with ocean views, 50'' tv and one full bathroom, with an amazing ocean view, that walks you straight to a private pool. Living room has a 50’’ tv with sofa bed for more accommodation, 2nd room with king size bed, 3rd room with king size bed and a 32’’ tv, 4th room with bunkbeds and a 32’’ tv, 5th room with a queen size bed.
