Room was nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area and beach were great. But on site food was overpriced, pretty terrible, and not vegetarian friendly (honestly, 1 star for that). The only vegetarian option at the on-site restaurant only was a super basic lettuce salad, microwave pizza, and a grilled cheese - none of it was good. The pool-bar food was also super basic and overpriced (serving movie theater nacho cheese in Mexico is a disgrace to the national cuisine). Had to go into town for all meals.

First of all the website states that there is a kids club open from 10 AM to 6 PM. That was not open at all. I picked that resort because I was under the impression that there was a place to do drop the kids off which there wasn’t. The room stated that it was supposed to be a two bedroom with two king beds. Both bedrooms did not have king beds one had a queen one had a double. The fireworks stating online for New Year’s didn’t happen. The washing machine and dryer was broken. The washing machine just continued to wash for hours, and the dryer took hours to dry. The lobby wasn’t ever open besides the first time checking in all the other times we needed assistance we had to go to the other phase. It stated on the website that there was two restaurants there was actually only one that was open. So overall very disappointed with several things.

Room was clean and on the top floor. The service in the restaurant was top shelf as was all the meals we had in Citron. The biggest issue we had was internet connectivity and stability. It constantly would disconnect and reconnect, even in the room. The bed was so stiff that we woke up every morning with back pain and hip pain Could use a mattress upgrade. The resort was in off season mode so some things were not open.
