Our condo is over 1600 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious and furnished with king size beds (in BOTH bedrooms) for restful sleep. Bonus Bunk Bed Room has 2 twin beds. All mattresses in the condo are brand new!

The master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas all have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. The balcony is over 450 square feet and will accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The balcony has a huge dinner table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs for you to take in the sun rays in privacy. Please take the time to sit out on the balcony for meals and will be so happy you did.

We have both wired and wifi internet connection - if you have to browse internet or to make some progress on your office work. Also, you can bring your own coffee pods for the Keurig machine - you don't have to miss your favorite coffee while enjoying the pleasant morning sun and the beauty of Sea of Cortez.

Living room features a brand new Samsung Curved 55in SMART TV and both bedrooms are furnished with HDTV and wifi capable smart BluRay player along with all that cable channels can offer. So, you will not miss your favorite show.

Our unique size and floor plan make this condo feel more like a home. Our location offers a lot of privacy. We are just a few steps away from the beach

This condo is furnished with all kitchen utensils - if you choose to showcase your culinary skills with fresh fish and groceries from the local market. Best thing is, you don't have to worry about cleaning your dishes - this condo provides free maid service every day so that you can have all the fun away from all the chores!

The swimming pool area has a negative edge pool, lazy river, toddler pool, swim-up bar and a heated pool. There is a water slide just steps away in the Phase I pool which is also open to guests. Food service is available at all pools.

Unexpected issues with new property management….

We come to Rocky Point 1-2 times a year and stay at Las Palomas. We have stayed in many rentals but never had to deal with Casago and never wanted to book through Casago. There were multiple unexpected inconveniences dealing with Casago instead of being able to contact someone at the resort directly.We had to check in at the Casago office in town which wasn’t a big deal. But when we were checking in we were told that we wouldn’t be able to charge our room for anything or utilize room service since they are managing the unit, not the resort. If we needed anything we had to call Casago. Not being able to charge the room for food/drinks or use room service was a big inconvenience for us since we all go our separate ways within the resort and only have one credit card. The safe was broke and unable to be fixed. Only one outlet in the main bedroom worked and we couldn’t get the bedroom sliding door to open. We didn’t have any hand soap in the bathrooms or any little shampoo/soap for the showers. There was a pullout couch but no extra blankets or pillows. Then we didn’t know we needed a key card to go to the gym. Of course none of these things happened at the same time so we had to call Casago each time we had an issue. I purposely never book units that use a third party property manager. When I booked the unit there was no property manager. I was notified only a few weeks before our trip that we needed to deal with Casago to check in. It was an unexpected pain.

Beautiful beach condo

First time checking in off property, the process was very quick and easy and they had awesome communication the whole time! We had one small hiccup where the condo above us was leaking water pretty significantly on to our patio, someone was to us in less than 10 mins!! The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this condo!

Clean and how it was described

The resort we stayed at was AMAZING! All the staff on the property were INCREDIBLE. It was SOOO clean and all the staff worked so hard and with excellence.I was bummed to find after booking my trip that the owners switched property management companies. So, we no longer were checking in/ out at the front desk of the resort. We had to drive to a separate location once we arrived in town to get our door code and wristbands and check in. We also learned there that we could not use any of the room services, and we were not allowed to use the pool towels at the resort. Not a make-it-or break-it, but it would have been nice to know prior to our arrival.It was also communicated to me that during our 4-day stay, we would have housekeeping 3 of those days where someone would come and bring more toilet paper, trash bags, or soap if we needed it. Well, during our 4-day stay, we never had anyone or any type of service. I texted and called and never got a reply or call back. It was frustrating on the last night as our trash was full but we had no other trash bag to put in the trash can.... I also was not sent ANY check-out rules or things that needed to be done. That too was also frustrating as I don't want to find after the fact that we are being charged for extra things because it was not communicated to us. Overall, Las Palomas is an INCREDIBLE resort. SO clean and VERY family/kid friendly. We felt very safe the entire time. I wish the property management was better.

Great place!

Our family of five stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves. Even though it was the offseason many of the pools are heated which the kids loved. The unit itself is very big and very relaxing with a great balcony. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was lacking some of the items we have previously had in other rooms. The bunkroom door knob was broken along with the safe. We never did get to have our room cleaned because of timing. Overall the stay was nice and would recommend.

Great getaway at a secure resort

Good overall stay. It has a beautiful ocean view. The master bedroom mattress was outdated. The middle sliding door needed maintenance and could barely open. Kids bunk bedroom door handle was inoperable. Refrigerator drawers broken and the light bulb inside was the wrong size. Someone used a regular bulb vs a refrigerator bulb, which caused the drawers not to close correctly. Besides these minor maintenance items, it was an enjoyable stay—a nice, roomy place. We always enjoy Las Palamos when we bring our family to Mexico. I would recommend this unit.

We had a fabulous stay. The condo is spacious. It's perfect for a family of 4-6. It is comfortable, well-decorated, and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be nice if the bathrooms had more towel hooks though. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This is a very nice condo. The additional bunk bed room is great for traveling with kids. There was some wear and tear that was noticeable during our second stay, but nothing that was a big deal. We would definitely consider staying in this unit again!
