Pros: - The shows and entertainment were enjoyable and well put together. - The food at the on-site restaurants was noticeably better than what was offered at the buffet. Cons: - The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted us was not very welcoming. Initially, he tried to redirect us to another check-in line because we had booked through Expedia. We explained that we were sent to him since the other check-in area was closed. After confirming this with another associate, he did proceed to check us in, but provided no information about the property, the available amenities, or the restaurant reservation process. - Room cleanliness was lacking. Upon entering our room, we found hair on the shower floor, a blood stain on one of the pillows, and the room itself felt damp and overly humid. - The buffet food was below expectations. The meats were tough and difficult to chew, seasoning was inconsistent, the mangu was clumpy, and the rice was undercooked.

A lot of mosquitos in this resort, the toilet didn’t flush properly, food was good, not a lot of activities for the kids, poor entertainment and the resort needs a lot of upgrades in my opinion too expensive for sleep and eating.

The entertainment of this resort is a plus. The food was good, but it can be better. The Mexican restaurant can be improved to make it more authentic even though the air conditioner was not working when I stay there. I would still revisit hotel again. The rooms were very clean. The people were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone..

Iberostar has lost its reputation. This was my fourth — and definitely last — stay at an Iberostar. The quality and service have declined terribly. Our room had a clogged toilet when we arrived, and dining was a mess — staff would see you walking around with plates looking for seating but didn’t help guests find a table or stay organized. On top of that, I spent much of my trip trying to resolve an issue with my reservation and funds. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and the manager was never available despite multiple requests. They even told me my money would be held securely until it was resolved — but it wasn’t. Several employees admitted this happens often to guests who book through Expedia, yet Iberostar does nothing to prevent it and simply adds extra fees. It’s clear they don’t care about their guests anymore. This was by far my worst resort experience, and I’ll never return. I strongly recommend others stay elsewhere and do not book with Expedia.

The reception service didn't acomodate my family, part of my children were up to the 3ee floor and me ,my husband,and.my little one son 2nd F, far from us , the girl was very nice and friendly , but she didn't fix the issue, at the room was one bed in each room, one of the carriers guy help me about reporting the issue of the bed , they just send 1 bed and never sent the other bed for we claimed to our room, we have to sleep with our son unconftible , some of the staff help me to reported. After 3 day I figure out that in my mom's room which she had been with 2 of my children was whater leaked in the bathroom then we reported it at the front desk and the staff just said sorry for the inconvenience, I've got an awesome memories at the Iberostar resort since my first child born, as now the it was some issue that wasn't that good as it was before. In the others hand the room was perfect cleaned, the staff friendly, respectful and the show was soso , my children had a great time there, the food soso.
