Some of the staff were great while others are lacking. They lost our luggage and didn’t notify us of anything going on for an hour and 45 mins. The only way we found our luggage was a fellow vacationer took luggage by accident and we linked up with them as they were letting the front desk know. Dining options were limited and those limited options were closed on some of the days. They offered not activities at the pool or otherwise. No shows at night only a dj or band. Food was also not great. Also the resort became more or a hangout for the locals, who were rude and a bit rowdy. The staff sometimes catered to them More than the vacationing patrons. Also music at pool was literally one dimensional same music all day, no variety. Room was clean and my concierge Miguel was great.

I recerved a family room they gave me a two bedroom conectes room that is not a family room I complaind thaeybsaid that is the family room but the family room pictures does not match the room they gave us. Plus only 3 people show up do I get credit for the missing person on the recervation.

Rating: 2/10 Honestly one of the worst resort experiences I’ve ever had. We got there early, but still had to wait over an hour past check-in to get our room. When we finally got access, we realized we were on the old side of the resort that’s under construction. We didn’t even mind that but the shower was full of mold and the room looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. We complained and got moved to another room, but that one was somehow worse. The power cut out, there were roaches in the bathroom, ants crawling on the floor, and stains on both beds. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room once the entire stay. Every morning we’d walk out and greet them to be ignored and see them hanging around in groups chatting. There was a clear colorist energy going on, me and my group don’t speak fluent Spanish but we tried our best, and we were still ignored and brushed off. Meanwhile, lighter-skinned guests who also didn’t speak Spanish got full service and smiles. The difference was obvious. Only reason this place isn’t getting a 0/10 is because of the food and the two bartenders who actually treated us like people. Outside of that, everything else was just embarrassing. We still made the most of our trip off the resort, but this place? Definitely not going back.

Todo fue bueno excepto que deberian pensar en que ese lugar no solo van dominicanos , vamos personas de diferentes paises y escuhar Siempre el Mismo stilo de musica tipica de ellos . Ya cansa. En la discoteca y afuera era el Mismo stilo . No Sabian de salsa . O hasta merengue .. todo era bachata … y perico ripiado … Estilos que bailo y me gustan … pero ya aburren despues de 3 dias . Necesitan mas diversidad. Y tambien mas meseros en la noche …. Era dificil encontrar un mesero y pedirle un trago. Mientras Que en los restaurants sobretodo en el buffet abundan y hasta no te dejan comer bien porque se quieren llevar tu Plato . . Algunos con Caras largas . Lo mejor … La comida Lo peor .. el entretenimiento es solo para los macionales. Y algo que tambien no me gusto ver fue la facha y pinta de algunas gentes que entraron el viernes al lugar .. me senti insegura … pense pasaria algo ,,, mucha gente con facha de delicuente y no eran huespedes … no me parecio.. por esas razones no regresaria.
