Room in good condition. They didn't allowed me to get into my room til 4pm 😒. Food in the restaurant was ok, better food in the buffet. It was annoying the insistence to buy the hotel membership and took a lot of time time for activities that we planned . Be prepared for that. Otherwise, staff very friendly and clean rooms 👌

Staff service & authentic Dominican food were the highlights of the stay at this resort. My housekeeper was polite and kept my room spotless. The two dudes who work the lobby bar at night delivered poor service. I consider Iberostar to be overpriced for what I paid to stay there.

For a resort that is almost 30 years old very expensive. The VIP section didn’t have its own pool. It’s own bathroom. And the beach was almost unusable and the VIP also didn’t have its own restaurant. But on the good side, the staff overcompensated for the resorts faults and they made my stay enjoyable.
