Had a miscommunication with orbitz not cancelling my 2nd reservation the hotel agreed and got my refund and they didnt have to. I stay here many times the breakfast is good and the staff especially Hiromi (front desk) and Manuel (security) always professional and courteous...the maids are always friendly and clean everyday. Never had a problem here...

Very friendly staff. Full breakfast from restaurant menu. Well-kept grounds. Security guard. Unfortunately rude New Yorkers partying in neighboring rooms were pretty noisy past 1AM. Pool towels not easily available but they did call staff to provide some quickly. Small pool but well-maintained and easy bar access.
