Room service in order for me to have I has to go in customer service I got only 2 rooms service at time there .. I need to become a member at VIP area I strongly not recommend it .. the same foods , I got food poisoning since I got there , vomiting and diarrhea , and my son got very sick the wiffi horrible, not internet, my son and his friend got a room never has hot water I reported never fix , room service horrible, I don’t recommend at all ..

The resort was nice, but could have some improvements. It would be nice if they add coffee maker in the room, add hair conditioner in the bathroom, the food was poor, not many choices. But the beach was perfect and we had a great time on our vacation.

Booked this resort on $, get what you pay for. On property for less than 3hrs before going to the front desk to upgrade to The Senator. No wifi in the room was huge, we work from our phones, have children who enjoy tablet time at night.(Wifi issues were stated but never expected the lobby to be the only place we could connect). We had luke warm water which was brown, a busted window above the tub & the room was so small. Night/day between the resorts, still would not return. Breakfast lacked any protein, able to find bacon 1 time during our stay, hot dogs are NOT sausgage. Part of the pool was closed for reno, no swim up bar. Nightly shows, according to my 7yo daughter weren't appropriate/gross for kids. Buffets are small/minimal offerings & not refilled. No pool/beach bar service. We lost power and water many times. BEST parts: BRAULIO was a life saver in ALL the ways, he is reason our trip was enjoyable!! Kids loved the Nutella pump near the pancakes! Al a Carte dinners were good, reserving them was easy. Coffee, ice cream and pizza shops were great between shared amenities. The sports bar: GREAT service/food. Probably the most memorable of our trip between baseball/football games, had it all and again GREAT staff. The small outdoor sitdown to the left of the pool had good service and food. ARIEL was great & treated my kids so well. There's an area near the cruise ship port with a private beach, shopping, massages, etc NO ONE told us about this.
