My fridge didn’t work and it had mold I told the guy in the reception he said someone will go and check nobody show up and I wasted 1 hour of my time there waiting for some one that never show up also bedroom was very old and kinda dirty last year I had a better stay and no complains this time thumps down

Everyone at the hotel was super accommodating and genuinely friendly. I never like to revisit the same hotel but I definitely would like to come back to this one! Highly recommend, especially for family vacations!

Becareful if you book with someone that live in the country they will charge you $50.00 dollars extra per night even tho you book for 2 adults which if you booked with Expedia the hotel will tell you you book with someone else . The food is alright not that great breakfast is the same everyday but the staff is friendly and polite ; another issue the internet sucks no WiFi in some of the area of the hotel ; If you want to book is on your own risk.

The wifi is spotty.... But that's not why you're here on vacation. It's a beautiful all inclusive 3 restaurants. One is on the beach the grill, the Octopus is in the main part of the resort and the Italian restaurant is a short walk on the adjoining property by the adults pool. The main pool and swim up bar is very nice until early afternoon when you notice no one gets out to use the restroom. Time to get out and shower off then! The rooms are beautiful and well kept. Trying to get the mini fridge restocked can be a challenge and the water in our bathroom sink wouldn't go down. It did only take 5 minutes to fix after 3 days of asking though. All in all is a wonderful place and will be returning. I loved the beach so much and snorkeling is great right in front of the hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights trying celebrating my birthday. The food was good, but in the restaurant they pick up your plates, they don’t ask if you finish it or not. when I still sleep in the morning, the housekeeper open the door without notice, she came to the room, and she don’t saying anything, (sorry). Last day we went to the pools, but went we came back the housekeeper take all the towels from the bathroom, and we need take the bath. So we have to go find the housekeeper, asking for towels, we not did for telephone because the phone don't work. We make complaints about it, but they no do anything. My husband has to go find in from decks for water and iron, we had to signed paperwork for this. Some need to improve for costumer services they needs more respect for their customers.

The property is outdated. The room I was staying in had a leak in the bathroom ceiling due to the air conditioning unit. My sons room the bathroom had fixtures that were hanging off the wall. It was hard to communicate with the staff on the phone because they didn’t speak any English. The food at the buffet was good and our VIP concierge Santa was very attentive when we would see her.

First nothing like the photo online, the hotel is old and the workers are real rule not education at all, everything is about money from the moment you go in, to park to reservation for the restaurant you have to give money in orders to get a reservation and don't complaints because they all workers together.
