Fun stay at Deep Forest

It was a nice place, clean felt like a piece of the country and tranquility right in town. Reception was friendly and helpful. It was close enough to the airport and whatever you needed. Getting transportation was easy. You could even rent a motorbike right at reception.

Poor communication and maintenance.

Friendly staff but not knowledgeable and poor maintenance. I love dogs but their waste needs to be picked up. Food was average but we only wanted breakfast because the dog waste got smelly in the afternoon and we couldn’t eat outside. The sink leaked and it wasn’t fixed by the staff. Overall, the place could be better managed but until that time, I do not recommend staying here although it is affordable. .

Forest deep in the city..

Friendly staff, big rooms air conditioning nice and cool. So many plants and trees, like being in the jungle without the mosquitos. Good clean pool, good food, carvings and statues, everywhere fantastic.

If you want a secluded area to be away from the hustle and bustle of tricycles and other noises, this is the place for you. That’s exactly what we wanted. Pros: Staff: friendly and helpful Food: great not perfect Vibe/environment: jungle forest like feel -a plus was the two dogs that you can walk around. Cons: -Our shower had to water pressure so it was barely giving us drops so that was annoying. -ANTS and MOSQUITOS WERE EVERYWHEREEEEE. -I wished the dogs were free roaming at night like they have stated on one of their bulletin boards. Overall: 4 out of 5 -

Over the place is ok, there is not much around the property. Hotel rooms are basic and needs some upgrading. Service was poor, there was little to no assistance whenever we needed something. We had to leave the key at the front desk whenever we left the property and when we got back to the hotel around 1030pm the keys was just left on the table of the front desk unattended. The key concept felt unsafe and for our belongings. Anyone can just come up and grab a key at that point...
